Chapter 6

Willow

When we finally arrive in the dining room, I'm in awe. The walls are a dark emerald green with gold trim, there's a long dark wooden table with matching chairs, beautiful artwork hangs on the walls, the floors are a dark wood, and a breathtaking gold chandelier hanging from the table. Maids stand against the walls, looking down at the floor.

When my attention diverts to the 5 other vampires all seated at the table, with what I assume isn't red wine, my throat goes dry. Cassius, who's sitting at the head of the table of course, gets up from his seat.

He walks over to me and his eyes go down my body. Whenever his eyes land on my chest, his eyes darken. I twist my hands together in front of my stomach, resisting the urge to cover myself. I don't want to anger him farther. The fact that it's freezing in here makes it worse, I can feel my nipples straining against the thin fabric

"Why aren't you wearing a bra?" He says lowly, keeping his eyes glued to my chest

The expression on his face is so scary. And so is the look in his eyes. It's so different from whenever he was in my bedroom with me earlier. I can see Xander and Rafael snickering from their seats, Griffin looks ready to jump up from his seat, and Gabriel is watching with the same observant look that he had in the limo.

"There wasn't one laid out for me master. I-i assumed you didn't want me to wear one. I'm sorry."

God, talking about bra's with 6 vampire men who i just met was beyond mortifying. Not to mention all of their eyes are focused on my chest. Knowing that they could rape me right now sends shivers down my spine. Unable to resist the urge anymore, I cross my arms over my chest

"Fuck" Cassius growls, pinching his eyes.

Looking down, my face instantly heats. Crossing my arms over my chest made it worse. I immediately uncross my arms and fold my hands behind my back.

"S-sorry." I choke out

"Lucien, did you take the bra I had set out on the bed?" Cassius questions, averting his attention to the vampire standing next to me.

I look over at Lucien to see him smirking smugly. That asshole!

"I couldn't help myself. I had to see what her little nipples looked like. You all should be grateful." Lucien says, leaning over Cassius's body to look at the other 4 vampires.

How can someone possibly be so crude?! I can't even count the amount of inappropriate comments and flirty gestures he's made to me in less than 3 hours.

"I most definitely am." Rafael smiles

"Same." Xander adds, raising his hand

Griffin pinches the bridge of his nose, seeming exasperated.

"Sit down, both of you." Cassius demands.

Lucien takes a seat next to Xander and Rafael, who sits on the left side of the table. Cassius takes his seat at the head. The only available seat is on the right side where Griffin and Gabriel sit. I slowly make my way to the seat in the middle of Gabriel and Griffin.

"Thank you" I say to Griffin once he pulls out the chair for me. He gives me one of his gorgeous dimpled smiles. I can't help but give a genuine smile in return. My body stiffens up once I realize i have to sit next to Gabriel. He hasn't even spoken a word to me yet.
