It does not appear to be as easy as it seems.
Leadership and the shepherd-flock relationship
Taking care of the herd's needs
Never impose his dictatorial will.
He will only cause fear.
Communication is essential in leadership.
It is important how information is received and passed between leaders and followers.
Accompanied by self-assurance, decisiveness, honesty, and resilience.
The pattern of the leader is humility.
Your inspiration comes from the flock.
To guide them to their final destination.
The dictator's methods of power
Will only lead to disaster
Leadership is an honor.
It was never a formal title.
to forego your pleasures
For the betterment of your people
