Adriana's POV
I'm in my pajamas getting ready to go to bed when daddy enters my room.
"Sit on your bed." He tells me
"Am I in trouble?" I ask
"Have you done something to be in trouble?" He raises his brow
"Not that I know of."
"Good because you aren't in trouble. In fact I have a little gift for you. Since you have a lot of high school work to do online I got you this." He handed me a Mac Book Air
"No way! Thank you daddy!" I jumped up and hugged him
"It's strictly for school work. If you get a virus from playing games online I'll ground you."
"Did you get Alessio one too?" I asked
"No because he doesn't get assigned computer homework. Again, this is for school."
"Is this something you'll confiscate when I get in trouble?" She asked
"No because it's for school. Not recreational use JJ." He reiterated
"Okay I got it."
"Now go to bed."
"WHAT?! How are you gonna rile me up then try and send me to bed?"
"It's way past your bedtime JJ."
"Then can I sleep with you tonight? I always fall asleep faster with you."
"Sure."
I jumped up into his arm and he carried me to his room
Alessio's POV
*BOOM*
The sound of thunder wakes me up. I get out of bed and walk to daddy's room. I quietly open the door and see him still awake
"Daddy." I call and he looks over at the door
"What's wrong Joey? Did the thunder spook you again?" He asked
"Mhm." I nodded
"Awww that's okay. You can come lay in bed with us."
"Us?"
"JJ couldn't sleep so she's already in here. There's still tons of room for you."
"Are you sure?" I ask with a frown
"You two are tiny."
He motioned for me to join so I ran and went under the covers. I rested my head on his stomach and he ran his hand through my hair until I fell asleep.
Morning
We're in the car being driven to school by dad when he asks us a questions
"What do you two wanna do for your birthday?"
"Nothing." AJ answered
"You're getting a party JJ so come up with something." He told her and I rolled my eyes
"What about you Joey?"
"I wanted a slumber party with the guys on my hockey team."
"You don't want that anymore?" He furrowed his brow
"Well it's supposed to be a boys weekend."
"So I'm not invited again and you're butt hurt because dad said I had to celebrate our birthday too." Adriana spat
"You don't even like celebrating it and you hate my friends! Also I'm obviously inviting my twin to my party you just can't stay for the sleepover."
"We live together you dumb bitch! And your friends only talk about gross stuff which is why I don't like them. They're bad news!"
