Daki walked down the halls of the Infinity Palace as she saw Enmu off over the distance and decided to say hello.
"Hey there Enmu," Daki then saw Enmu, who looked tired and messier than his usual self, "Woah, heheh. Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed, didn't ya Trainwreck?"
Enmu immediately turned his head towards Daki and glared, startling her in the process.
"Shut it ya incompetent ribbon twirler," he snapped, "I'm having enough of a bad day as is, and you're certainly not helping that's for sure!"
"W-what?" Daki said, dumbfounded at Enmu's attitude.
"Ya got cotton in ya ears or something?" Enmu then sighed and shook his head, "Nevermind, it's a fool's errand." He turned away from her, grumbling as he went.
It took a few seconds for Daki to process what just happened and decided to just go into the kitchen for a quick bite.
Once she had arrived at the kitchen, she saw a nervous Gyutaro scratching his arms as he looked at an unmade bowl of cereal.
"Something on your mind Gyutaro?" Daki asked as she put her hand on his shoulder.
"I think I did something to make Enmu upset."
"Did he snap at you?"
"Mmhmm, I only said good morning and then he said something about me being a useless living coat hanger and stormed off."
"Yeah, he did something similar to me too, except he called me an incompetent ribbon twirler."
Gyutaro only did a sharp inhale and stared at the kitchen counter, not knowing what to do about the situation. It was at that moment that Rui entered the kitchen with Fluffy the chicken following close behind.
"Morning!" Rui said happily, "Have either of you seen Enmu? He asked me to take care of Fluffy for a bit but he forgot to tell me where Fluffy's food is."
Gyutaro pointed across the room, "The chicken feed is in the middle cabinet. Also, I wouldn't recommend seeing Enmu right now, since he's having a bad day at the moment."
Rui nodded and quickly thanked Gyutaro as he reached for the bag of chicken feed. Before he could actually get to feeding Fluffy, the intercom system squealed to life with Enmu's voice echoing across the palace.
"Testing. Testing. You pathetic worms hearing me on this thing?"
"Enmu, what are you doing?" Kokushibo's voice rang out.
"Shut it, Six-Eyes, I'm making an announcement here!"
"Excuse me?"
"I said shut it! Anywho, all of you, into the meeting room NOW!"
Soon enough, most everyone arrived at the meeting room. Enmu took a quick count of how was and who wasn't here and went over to catch the missing few.
Akaza looked around the room for a bit and said, "Anybody have a clue on what's going on?"
Rui shook his head as he gave Fluffy some food from his palm.
Soon enough, Enmu returned, dragging Kaigaku, Douma, and Muzan over to the crowd. He took a quick head count and was satisfied with the numbers until he realized Rui and Fluffy's presence.
"Rui? Fluffy? What are you two doing here?" Enmu asked.
"You called for everyone to be at the meeting room, and well, we're part of everyone," said Rui.
"Oh no Rui," Enmu said whilst shaking his head and guiding Rui and Fluffy out of the room, "You two don't have to be here."
"Wow, favoritism much Enmu?" Douma called out from the crowd.
