Chapter 8

"Right!" Seokjin exclaimed, startling the younger omega. He smiled sheepishly in apology. "Right, Hyungs," Yoongi started looking at the two eldest members in the room. "Ayeong and Taehyung are my wards," He revealed.

Taehyung looked very contented and proud to hear that. Jeongguk looked at the omega and smiled, But quickly caught himself. Taehyung was a married man. Yes Duri was an asshole but he was still Taehyung's husband. He cannot be here smiling at a married man.

With that, he abruptly stood and and muttered, "I have to go to the office." Then left, not giving anyone time to respond. 

Namjoon had an idea of what just happened. He just smirked and looked at the young omega. "So, Taehyung-ssi, tell us about yourself," He said. Taehyung looked at Yoongi who was already looking him, and nodded at the younger. As if to give the omega the go ahead or permission.

"Uhm," he started, looking around. Seokjin softly smiled at him, it was a soft parent-ly smile. Dare i say, motherly. It was expected, considering his rank as an omega, they automatically have a nurturing and motherly attitude.

"Well, My name is Taehyung, Kim Taehyung and I'm 24 years old. I'm Ayeong's omega-" He was interrupted by Jimin saying, "Mother!" Taehyung giggled and looked at the Beta and nodded. But Seokjin scolded, "Jimin!" The beta looked at the elder omega and said, "Sorry papa."

The twins, Jimin and Jeongguk, often call their guardians/god-parents papa and appa when they are being scolded. Papa being Seokjin and appa obviously being Namjoon. The elder couple was against it at first, but since the twins kept doing it constantly, they got used to it.

"Papa?" Taehyung questioned with wide eyes. The elder couple chuckled and the alpha responded, "We are the twins' guardians, and they call us papa and appa." Jimin looked at the alpha offended, "Hey! You're our parents!" 

The older couple chuckled and the omega nodded, "Ah yes pup. We are your parents." Jimin nodded triumphantly and smirked, "Exactly!" Everyone in the room chuckled, including Hoseok, who was emotionless half the time. Well everyone except the youngest amongst the adults, Taehyung.

"T-twins? I-I'm sorry if I'm asking too much," Taehyung stuttered out looking between what seemed to be a family. "Oh sweety, don't worry, I'll introduce everyone yeah?" He said slowly, as if he was talking to a baby. Not in a patronizing way, but in a reassuring tone. 

Taehyung nodded and Seokjin started, "Well Tae, I'm Seokjin, the twins papa, and this is Namjoon, my mate and husband, their appa. The twins being Jeongguk and Jimin, Jeongguk is the oldest by 15 minutes." Taehyung nodded in understanding.

Seokjin nodded and Namjoon continued, "That is Hoseok, Jimin's husband and chosen mate. You already know Yoongi, their cousin and your guardian." Taehyung nodded again in understanding. 

"I'm a doctor and Jimin is the companies' COO, with Jeongguk being the CEO. Yoongi is the director of a few casinos in and around Seoul," Hoseok continued. "The hyungs have retired, however, they do help here and there when they can." He finished.

"Now Taehyungie, tell us about you," Namjoon said. Taehyung blushed at the nickname but nodded. "A-as i said, I'm Kim Taehyung, Ayeong's m-mother. Ayeong is three years old. I-I uhm," He trailed off.  "I w-was married to K-kim Duri, it was arranged by our parents a few years ago, before they passed on." He finished and let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.

Well you got him messed up if you think he is going back to that abusive bastard. He dared to put hands on thei- his daughter, and that was the omega's last straw. He has enough money to start off afresh somewhere else.
