AkaKen - Fluff

Currently Kuroo and Akaashi were sitting in the living room on the floor, of Akaashi's house. Kuroo was talking about his relationship with Bokuto and how well it was going. But then suddenly the conversation changed directions.

"So, how are you and Kenma?" Kuroo asked, while taking a sip of soda.

Akaashi's face scrunched up in confusion, "What about us? We've hung out a few times, that's about it."

"Wait! You're not dating?!" Kuroo yelled at the younger male. "I thought y'all were dating?!?"

"What gives you that idea, Kuroo-san?!" Akaashi asked, his face and ears turning red as they got farther into the conversation.

"Well, for starters, Kenma flirts with you all the time!" Kuroo said, "He basically asked you out the other day?!"

"WHAT??"

"Yes, Akaashi!! He has been throwing the most obvious pick up lines at you!" He started to shake Akaashi, hoping to shake some sense into him. "Oh my god, you are hopeless!"

Akaashi face palmed. Did he really miss his chance with Kenma?

Flashback

"Hey, uhm, I need to tell you something.." Kenma said, while he fiddled with his fingers. Akaashi looked up from his book at Kenma.

"What's up?" He said, he grabbed his book mark, closing the book and sitting it aside.

"Well, I really like you, Akaashi." Kenma's face flushed red after he said that.

"I like you too, we are friends after all, right?"

Kenma moved his gaze from his feet to Akaashi. He had a defeated look on his face, realizing what Akaashi just said. "Yeah... We are. I-I have to go." Akaashi nodded as he watched Kenma leave.

Flashback over

"THAT WAS KENMA ASKING ME OUT?!??" Akaashi yelled.

"Yes, Akaashi, yes. He confessed his feelings for you."

"I'm such a dumbass! I have to go Kuroo-san!" Kuroo gave him a thumbs up.

Akaashi ran to Kenma's house, hoping he was there right now. He frantically knocked on the door. He paced back and forth hoping someone would answer the door soon.

Right as Akaashi was about to call Kenma's phone, he heard the quiet creaking off floorboards from inside the house. The door opened, revealing Kenma. He looked at Akaashi confused before opening the door wider to invite him in.

"Hey, Akaashi... Do you need something-"

"Kenma, I like you so much! I'm sorry for being such a dumbass!" Akaashi said, cutting off Kenma's sentence. "Please give me a chance to make it up to you."

"Oh.. No, it's fine Akaashi. I still like you," Kenma looked at the ground, letting his bangs cover his flushed face.

Akaashi pulled him into a hug and let out a sigh of relief. "So, this does mean you're my boyfriend, right?" Akaashi asked. Kenma nodded against his chest.

The two pulled away from each other. Kenma led Akaashi to his bedroom, they both sat on the bed.

"Wanna play me in Mario kart?" Kenma said, offering Akaashi a controller.

"I don't know how to play very well, but why not." Akaashi took the controller and started to play against him.

To their surprise, Akaashi was really good at the game. He even beat Kenma in one of the four races. Before they started another race, Akaashi quickly grabbed his phone and shot Kuroo a text.

Kaashi:
I'm dating Kenma, now.
