-- Part 1 --

The bright lights of the circular white conference room illuminated the worried and angry faces of the parents, who were all sitting around a black circular table. The principal sat at the front of the table, with Agent Black to and Mr Honra to her left and right, followed by Faron, Cardinal, Nightstalk, and Anchor, allowing the entire group to get stared down by the eight sets of parents.

The principal was in a simple white suit, with her dark brown hair straightened and flowing down her back. Agent Black was in the typical Swan Agent attire, a black and white suit with the organization's emblem on his arm. His silver left arm tapped on the table as he stared silently at the parents.

Faron crossed his arms, his eyes closed as he thought over the events of the previous day. With the school being directly attacked, a meeting was called for the mentor heroes, parents, and teachers to consider whether or not the program should continue.

"I think my daughter is benefiting from the program. She is following her dreams, and I am sure the rest of our kids are as well, we can't just take that away from them!" A slightly plump woman with large bat ears frowned as she looked at everyone in the room, causing Faron to open his eyes and turn his attention towards her.

"It doesn't change the fact that our kids are being put in constant danger!" A pink colored Plityn slammed her hands on the table, with her black scaled Dralor husband nodding in agreement,

"While Coral managed to take out this Kraken fellow, he got drugged yesterday! The doctors said it was a miracle he recovered so quickly!" He puffed up a small plume of smoke as his wife sat back.

A muscular lady in workout gear shrugged while her husband, an equally fit man, scratched his head before speaking, "Micheal apparently got injured in both of his villain encounters... But he is insistent that he wants to remain in the program, it would be criminal of us to smash his dreams."

Vishnu, who seemed like his appearance only deteriorated since Faron last saw him, let out a loud sigh. "Same here. Sammy only wants to get better, if I pulled him from the program, he would just find other ways to be a hero."

A woman in a bright rainbow outfit glared at the man, "My daughter has several puncture wounds on her sides from that villain attack. All we are doing is traumatizing our kids. If you all had control of them, then pulling them wouldn't be an issue!"

Clay stared at Nightstalk before speaking up, "Our parenting isn't the issue here. Our kids have dreams. It would be... Wrong for us to crush them. Even if it puts their lives at stake. What do you think full fledged heroes do? We are constantly risking our well being to protect people. And from what they have said about the event, they did the exact same thing. You all agreed to let your kids pursue this path. We cannot take it away from them just because they were attacked." He clenched his fist and turned to the rainbow woman.

The Plityn and Darlor looked at each other before she glared at the table and huffed. "You have a point. Coral might have gotten hurt, but we don't have the place to decide what they do. So unless he wants to drop out... We'll leave him in."

The woman stood up and stomped her foot, her rainbow outfit reflecting the lights of the room off of her as she stomped her foot. "Are you all mad?! It is our job as PARENTS to protect our children!"

"We're not mad! We just want our students to make their own life!" The bat eared lady stood up as well, glaring at the much taller woman. "It is our job to make sure they don't ruin their life! And to be there for them when they get hurt! I put trust into my daughter to make good decisions! And with the increased security and new training plan, I believe the situation is safer now than it was before!"
