Jake POV 

Ryder and Y/n were in his room and Ryders father was with me and the puppies. "Listen, this will be difficult for me to say and even harder for you to do, but I trust you with my sons life." I didn't quite understand. Mister Hakai gave me a dagger, wich had beautiful decorations on its handle. "What am I supposed to do with this?" Ryders father looked away from me, but then started to talk "It is a ritual dagger. We have one for each type of curse. One for curses related to psychic topics, one for love related and so on. This one is the one thing that can help us now." "What are we supposed to do with it?" "Not you Rockey. Jake. If I am not mistaken, you are his best friend." "That is correct Hakai sir, but what does that have to do with this dagger?" "Alastor has been defeated like this before. His best friend stabbed him in the stomach, causing him to be banished. A second time would be fatal for him and that is what we want." "So I have to do stab Ryder?!" I yelled. I knew it would be for ending this madman called Alastor, but what about Ryder? "Not exactly. You have to wait until Alastor takes control and then stab." 

Ryder POV

Y/n stood in front of me, her enchanting e/c eyes locked with mine. I reached for her hand and grabbed it. Her skin felt so soft... Y/n got closer and then closed the small gap between us with a kiss. I answered and closed my eyes. My hands wandered up to her the back of her head and I tangled my fingers in strands of her h/c hair. She grabbed may shoulders and tightened her grip. It hurt a bit but that was okay. I pulled away to breathe, a string of saliva still connected our lips. "I love you Ryder, not Alastor." she told me and I smiled. "I love you too. I honestly am glad that Alastor didn't scare you away..." And that Alastor was silent around her, made me forget him. Did he perhaps enjoy her company too? "I don't want to lose you N/n..." I whispered and she smiled at me, with the cutest smile I had ever seen "You won't lose me. I know you." We were just about to kiss again, when Jake knocked on my door: "Ryder? Can you come here for a second? Oh and, your father wanted to speak with N/n." Y/n left my room and I followed her. I felt how I lost control of my actions and I couldn't see my surrounding anymore. I heard how Alastor spoke with my voice but I couldn't make out what he said. A sharp pain in my stomach brought back my vision. I was hugging Jake? "I am so sorry Ryder..." he said and then I realized what happened. The pain was caused by a sharp object in his hand.

Narrator POV

You watched in horror how Jake pushed a dagger into Ryders stomach. The red glow in Ryders eyes slowly faded and Jake whispered something. Ryder passed out from blood loss and you dashed forward. Jake placed Ryder on the ground and to everyones surprise, the wound closed itself as soon as you pulled the dagger out of Ryders stomach. "W-What?" A strand of Ryders hair turned black and red and the blood on Ryders clothing vanished too. "Alastor is dead." Kaito announced. You, Jake and the puppies looked at Ryders father in confusion. "How?" "The dagger is only fatal to Alastor and no one else. But he'll be passed out for a while. Oh and he should have a skull tattoo on his shoulder." He said and Jake picked Ryder up. "N/n, would you be so kind and open the door to his room for me?" "Sure." You said and Jake carried Ryder to his bed. 

two days later

Ryder slowly opened his eyes. "Ryder!" You yelped and hugged him. "Y-Y/n...what happened?" "What do you remember?" You asked him and stopped hugging him. Jake and Everest were back in their mountain hut and the Ryders puppies were currently playing in the yard. "I-I remember a sharp pain and then nothing..." "You have been sleeping for two days Ryder." "How?" Then he realized something. "What about my curse?" "Jake killed him for you. Look." You smiled and handed Ryder a mirror. He took a look at the red and black strand of hair. He tried to get out of bed and you helped him. "I'll tell the puppies that you are awake. They missed you." "No, wait." "Why?" "I want to surprise them." You smirked. "Fine. But you should get dressed. I'll wait in front of your door."

Chase POV

I was just about to be it, when Y/n Yelled from the door "Guess who is back from the dead!" I turned to look at her and next to her was..."Ryder!" We all ran to him and he knelt to the ground, to give us head pats. "Welcome back Ryder sir!" "Whoah, calm down! I wasn't gonna go anywhere." He chuckled. "You have been passed out for two days something, yet you have the nerves to joke about it?" Marshall didn't really believe it but we were all happy to have Ryder back. Our favorite Ryder. The one that wasn't cursed. 

Narrator POV 

 This evening, you and Ryder sat together at the beach. The puppies played in the sand and you just enjoyed being close to each other. "Y/n, there is something I wanted to give you. I didn't really have the time to do it sooner, but..." Ryder handed you a little a little box. You opened it up and inside were keys and a picture of a motorcycle in f/c. "Did you?" "I got you a motorcycle N/n." Ryder said. You hugged him. "Now I don't have to annoy Katie anymore! Thank you so much!" He chuckled at your happy smile. "Maybe we can take a ride together y'know?" "Absolutely" you said and kissed Ryder on the cheek. "I love you Ryder." "I love you too, N/n."
