Two days later,  I wake up with Jane  inside of me.  We go for a bit before we have to use the restroom and get ready for work. Jane tosses the sheet, pillow cases and comforter while I am going to take a shower. I am getting out when she gets in. We had dessert again in the front room.

Jane they should be here soon and the room isn't air out. aur it's not like they haven't smelled sex before. 
I get ready while Jane takes  a shower.  The gate buzzes and I buzz them in. I tell Jane they buzzed. I close our bedroom door and answer the door. I tell them Jane is in the shower and dirty laundry is in tye washing machine needs to be washed. They start going to various rooms while I re enter our bedroom and lock the door to put my make up. Jane is blow drying her hair.  I kiss her and get my cell and purse.

Jane lock the door behind me. I am going to make us some breakfast.

I leave and here one of the ladies state they obviously had fun in here. I blush and enter the kitchen washing my hands and drying them so I can make scrabble eggs,  with English muffin. Orange juice and turkey links with coffee for the two of us. The coffee is done when Jane appears to help me serving our plates so we can eat. We finished and I get my medical bag while Jane picks uo the phallus that I forgot was under the table.  I am mortified and she laughs kissing me bye. I cannot believe neither one of us seen it sooner.

Mrs. Rizzoli your wife turns red to easily.  We see all your role playing items when we vacuum your closet. You and I both know that.  My wife at times forgets. Well at least you two enjoy spicing up  your sex life. My girl friend likes the same boring stuff even when I buy outfits for us to wear.  I end up being the one who wears mine.  I told her last night I am done. If she isn't willing,  I will look for someone else.  Julie did she scratch your arm? Yes she tried to grab me before I left.  I clean it up when I got here.  I am so sorry.  Yeah me too. I will be looking for a new place to live.  One of my rentals is vacant.  I will make it reasonable but you probably will need a roommate. My sister is looking too.  She divorced her husband and he got the house since it was his before they got married.

Here is a photo of the front . It's a four bedroom home with  the basics nothing fantastic but it would keep you with a roof over your head. No alarm on it with no pool. You two will have to pay all the utilities, garbage, water and lawn services.  It does have a generator recently installed if the power goes out. I would charge you 1800 a month and no  and 750.00 for a deposit, since I know your sister works at the law firm of Avery Harris as a investigator.  Yes let me call Rhonda and ask her.

Julie calla Rhonda Baker and she agrees. 

Mrs. Rizzoli she is ln her way to come with the monies and pick up the keys. She isn't too far from here now she says. Okay . Let me go get my lease agreement it's  for a year.  It won't be a problem since I own merry maid. Thank you for giving us a huge price break.  Julie we all need help time from time.

The buzzer for the gate goes off and it's Rhonda baker.

Mrs. Rizzoli this is Rhonda . I will buzz you in. You know the house right? Yes I dropped my sister off there this morning.

Hello Rhonda.  Thank you. Your welcome  come inside. I need you to oth to read the lease agreement which goes from year to year. I would suggest you get renters insurance and an alarm . It was cleaned last week by your sisters company.  I just been busy hadn't asked the property manager to list it yet.  I am glad you didn't at that price. I will call adt to get it installed which will lower the insurance.

We both signed the  lease agreement and Rhonda paid me since Julie didn't have her check book with her. The property management was listed.  Rhonda received the ncr copy and she left with the keys. She told Julie she would get a moving company to move her sister stuff out first  now while her girlfriend was at work to avoid complications. She said  they would have her stuff moved out by three.  Her girlfriend gets home and six.  Her sister said she would get copies of the keys made and make arrangements for the alarm company to install it after she leaves here. She will have her coworkers drop her off there and get the place set up. She was picking up her truck once they left my house.  I said goodbye to Rhonda after she called Avery telling her she needed the rest of the day off and tomorrow and why. Avery was understandable.  She said Samantha and William were present along with Abigail and they would help her move tomorrow and be at her place by 8.
