I get home with the food and arrive before Jane does. Courtney and Mario wave to me and I wave back before I closed my garage door again.  My cell rings and it's Katelyn. 

Hi sis look what John wants to sell. I am texting it to you. Sis give me a few. I have our dinner in my hands and I barely in the kitchen.  Okay.

I put the food,  my medical bag and purse down and look at the image .

Hmmm I don't see that as a good idea. It will send the wrong message to kids. Joy, Nia and Penelope and I said the same thing.  I will let him know it's a go. He was a hyped about it when a distributor came by for him to see it. Plus they are expensive as well as the wine. I asked if there is a way to keep it cool and he said no. We would be asking for some serious law suits with this one. What was he thinking? He saw it as a gift for a bachelor or Bachelorette party.  Sis it's not for our businesses.  Okay. What the hell..a lawsuit in the making.  John saw it as something for bachelor or Bachelorette parties.  There is no way to keep it cool and us females feel it gives the wrong message to kids. You all are right.  We won't be buying them. Maur those are something you would have foe a fraternity party.  I bought Vietnamese food tonight and figured we have beer. Okay, let me put my briefcase in my office. Babe please put my medical bag in my office and my purse in our bedroom.  I walked in a few minutes ago myself.  

Jane leaves and I get two beers out and open them after u wash my hands and put the food on plates. Jane returns.

Babe I called your work and they said you left.  Yeah I had to go do surgery again at Mercy unexpected. One of the neighbors called me at working saying Mario slipped while cleaning the gutters. Yeah he did. Is he okay from the fall? Sprained but that was it.

We seat and eat. I don't mention his appendix surgery because of the
HIPPA. The door bell rings and it's Courtney.

Hi Courtney come in. Maura he is having a reaction to the antibodies he can breathe but has a horrible rash.  I will be right over.

I leave to get some gloves and a tube of hydrocortisone from the hallway bathroom. Courtney is talking to Jane.The two of us leave with my cell in my hand. I enter their kitchen and I see the rash.  I put my gloves on abs apply it everywhere he says it itch.

How you feeling? Much better. The antibiotic will be changed to a different one.  I will note in your chart you broke out in a Rash. Has this happened before with any antibiotic? No. Courtney I will call in a new prescription. You will have to pick it up. Mario this time when your hurting don't wait. I won't I learned my lesson the hard way. Thanks for coming by. I cannot promise this one won't do the same thing in the morning. Since you took one this evening you won't have to take another one.  This one is in your system already.  I  will leave this just in  case you need it again.  If you have difficulty breathing or worse call 911. Do you know how to use a defibrillator Courtney? Yes. Do you have one? No, you can get one online or at a pharmacy but they are higher.  I will let you borrow one of ours until you buy some for your home. I suggest one in each garage and one in the house. I will thanks. I call Jane and she brings it over. I show them both how to use it without it actually finding no heart beat on the dining table.  They thank us and we say goodbye.  We see Courtney leave.

Babe he was your surgery today.  Yes I know you couldn't tell me because of the privacy act.  They were lucky you were home.  I wash up again and we continuing eating. We watch a little TV and get ready for bed after securing the house and cleaning the kitchen.
