In Ozpin and your office.

You sat in Ozpin's chair while Glynda and Ozpin stood near the window.
Glynda says, "ironwood certainly loves to bring his work wherever he travels." Ozpin says "well. Running an academy and a military makes him a busy man. But yes, those are a bit of an eyesore. you heard a beep and said "come in." you see ironwood in the elevator. Ozpin turned around and walked in Infront of the desk standing formally. as Ironwood exited the elevator he says, "Ozpin!" he looked over to you "Y/N!" you simply just give him a soft smile and Ozpin says, "Hello general."

Ironwood says, "please drop the formality." as both Ozpin and Ironwood walk to each other and shake hands James then chuckles and says "it's been too long" Glynda went to Ozpins side. when James looked her way. He says, "And Glynda! It has certainly been too long since we lost met." Glynda says giving a wave, "oh James." she looked your way and says, "I'll be outside." she exits the room. James says while Glynda exits the room "well she hasn't changed a bit." Ozpin says as he turns to the desk, " So, what in the world has brought you all the way down from Atlas?" Ozpin continues as he pours tea into a coffee mug. "Headmasters don't typically travel with their students, for the Vytal Festival."

As James says while grading the coffee mug and pouring something in it "Well, you know how much I love Vale this time of year. Besides, with you and Y/N hosting, I thought that this might be a good opportunity for us 3 to catch up." Ozpin says walking behind the desk and at your side as you sat in the chair. he poured you a cup of tea and you gladly take it and thanked him. "We certainly appreciate quality time between friends." you finally got a word in "however the small fleet outside our window has us somewhat concerned."

as James held his cup and says, "well concerned is what brought them here." you continued "and we understand travel between kingdoms has become increasingly difficult." James says "Y/N, you and I both know why I brought those men." you stopped smiling and set down your mug, and sigh "we are at a time of peace. shows of power like this are just going to give off the wrong impression." he sets down his mug and puts his hands on the table.

"But if what Qrow said is true then-" you interrupt him "if what Qrow said was true then we will handle it tactfully." you put your hand together and continues "it's the Vytal Festival. a time to celebrate unity in peace." you gave him serious face that quite much scares him. "So, I suggest you not scare people by transporting hundreds of soldiers halfway across the continent." James says calmly to not angry you "I'm just being cautious."

Ozpin finally says having his hand on your shoulder. "As are we. which is why we will continue to train the best huntsmen and huntress we can." James says, "believe me I am..." he turns around and exits the room but stopped halfway and says, "but ask yourself this..." he turns around to look at you both "do you honestly believe your children can win a war." he continues to walk to the elevator.

once James left you both looked at each other and Ozpin says "I hope they never have to..." you placed a hand on top of his that was on your shoulder looking at him with worry. he simply gave you a soft smile telling you that there was nothing to worry about.

in the library

team RWBY was playing a game called "Remnant: 'The Game.' Ruby was mumbling to herself thinking of what's her next move it. she then said loudly while pointing at Yang "Yang Xiao Long, prepare yourself for battle!" Yang then said, "bring it on!" Ruby then gets up and says, " I deploy the Atlesian Air Fleet." Yang then gasped putting a hand where her heart is looking shocked. Ruby continues, "Looks like I get to fly right over your Ursai and attack your walls directly!" She makes a plane with her hand and makes plane noises.
