True Colors s5 ep10

  You, Oz, and Qrow sat in the living room sense Ozpin and you wanted to spoke to Qrow about something.
You sat Beside Ozpin and Qrow sat in the other chair.

  Qrow took a sip of his drink and said, "Things aren't looking good, Oz, Y/N." Ozpin response, "Ever the optimist." He takes a sip of his drink,  
  "While I would not say our current predicament is... ideal, I think we can both agree that the situation could be much worse. Humanity is a resilient force."

  Qrow says, "Oz, pro Huntsmen like that don't just bite it all at once. Salem's powerful. It seems like her reach is growing by the day. What does that say about Humanity?"

  You finally said a word as you looked at your reflection in the cup, "That there are indeed a misguided few who have filled their hearts with malice. It doesn't take a great number of people to cause harm, but I still believe there are far more people in this world willing to prevent it." You put the cup on the coffee table and sat back down with your hand together resting in your lap.

  You three then heard ruby enter the room. Ruby says creeping behind Qrow, "Um, excuse me?" You look over to her with a smiled and said,  "Ah, Miss Rose, join us. We were just about to gather everyone to discuss our next steps." Ruby only says, "Oh, uh, great." Now moving in front of your all.
  Qrow asked her, "Something on your mind kiddo?" Ruby asked hesitantly, "Uh... uh, it's... if it's okay to ask." Qrow says smiling at you, "Of course."

  She asked, "Well, uh... we've been talking about the Relic at Haven... and the Spring Maiden, but... what about the Fall Maiden?" Ozpin then says, "Cinder?"
  You squeeze your hands together tightly in anger at the mention of her name. You exhaled making your hands relax.
  Ruby asked, "Does that mean... Salem has the Beacon Relic?"

You, Oz, and Qrow exchange looks. You said to her, "Very astute, Miss Rose, we were wondering who would be the first to ask. No, thankfully she does not. It's true that the Relic at Haven is very much at risk, and for now, that should remain our primary focus. Let's just say me and Oz made finding the Relic at Beacon a... bit more challenging than at the other schools." You smiled at her as Ozpin looked over to you.

  Ruby says, "Oh." She sighs in relief. "That's good to hear." You then continued, "It is, but let's not forget the challenges that still lie before us."
  She looked down and looked back at you and  nodded. Ozpin then asked her, "Now is there anything else we can help you with?"

Ruby then says to him, "Oh, uh... well, I did have one more question." Ozpin knew the question and said, "No, my cane is not a Relic."
  Ruby quickly says, "I have no more questions." You all giggled at this. Ozpin then says,
  "Yes, while this cane is indeed very precious to me, it is also just that - precious to me. While I admit it still has a few more tricks up its sleeve, I can firmly say that being a Relic isn't one of them. Now why don't you run and get the other students?"

  Qrows scroll started ringing. He grabbed his and looked at the caller ID "LEO LIONHEART" he answered it and says, "Yeah? ... Okay... yeah, we'll be there." You all looked confused at this and Ruby asked, "Who was it?"
  Qrow sighs and says while took a his flask out, "It was Leo, says he had a breakthrough with the council. Thinks he might be able to get together a small raiding party for the bandits. He wants us to meet up at the school tomorrow night to walk us through it." You and Ozpin looked suspicious at this and Ruby gasped says happily, "Really? Oh that's great! I'll go get the others."

As she exited the room Ozpin hummed, "Mmm, that sounds drastically different from your original conversation, does it not?" Qrow says, "It does."
  "Interesting..." qrow then says to you both, "Things aren't looking good." You said in a stern tone, "We know."

Ozpin then asked you, "Does Leonheart know you are here?" You looked over to him, "No."  
  you were angered by his betrayal. But soon calmed because you can't be blinded by emotions for you know it will only end in defeat.
