Akari recived a mission from Yuugo, to track down Dreamin's hide out, after he lost contact with Fei. In there, both girls were trapped by Dreamin's leader. Akari managed to break free from Fantomon's spell, and Lilimon finished him off.

After coming back to Hudie, the GUN crew was called by Sonic to the Digilab, and were shocked with Sonic's sudden revelation, about their new mission.
Sonic: We're now... the DigiDestinated.

Sonic's sudden call out for their new tittle as DigiDestinated surprised the gang. Suddenly, all of their Digivices started to glow. Everyone brought them out, and the Crests were glowing.
