After being released by LordKnightmon, Arkadimon kept feeding on Ryuji's energy, and became stronger and stronger, while influencing Ryuji to achive his revenge on the Zaxons and all of EDEN's Hackers.
Ryuji: SANADA!!!
Ryuji and Arata met head on, and so did Sonic, Sayo and Akari with Arkadimon. But eventually, Arkadimon was defeated. And just when Ryuji seemed willing to give up on everything, someone came in.
Akari: Chitose?

Chitose had managed to sneek out of the hospital, with a bit of help from Detective Matayoshi, who was carring him by the shoulder, and since Erika couldn't come, Wormmon came in her place.
Ryuji: Chitose?!
Chitose: I asked Matayoshi-san to get me out of the hospital. I bet it's chaos over there right now, hehehe.
Matayoshi: Kipnapped by the police! Unbelivable!
Ryuji: Chitose... you're really okay.
Chitose: Yep. I feel great. Ryuji... You... (picks up Wormmon)
Wormmon: Huh?
Chitose: DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH TROUBLE YOU CAUSED FOR MANY PEOPLE?! (tosses Wormmon)
Wormmon: GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA--!!! (hits Ryuji in the face)
Ryuji: ARGH!! (falls over)
Wormmon: AAAAAAH!!! (Sonic catches him) P-Phew, thank you.
Sonic: Wow, he really is mad.
Chitose: Running amok in EDEN then in Tokyo?! What were you thinking?! You idiot! Hackers are outlaws, but surely they have limits! And attacking Zaxon?! How do you expect us to deal with Hudie now?! In hacking, reputation is everything, don't you understand that?! You had an Internet cafe to run! What did you expect to gain by destroying everything?! And how much will the repairs cost?!
