LordKnightmon used Kishibe as a vessel to break the Dimensional Wall, and alow her comarads to enter the Real World to destroy it, awakening Arkadimon in the process, who took control of Ryuji, in order to regain his strength.

A few moments later, after getting out of the Digital Shift, Kyoko, Sonic and Hanon were back in the agency. Kyoko just told Sonic the reason why she was absent from the agency for two weeks.
Sonic: You were trying to track down the remaning Royal Knights?
Kyoko: It was harder than I expected. Even so, I managed to pinpoint their positions. There are Royal Knight signals in four locations: Odaiba, Shibuya, Ueno and EDEN.
Sonic: In Odaiba?
Gaossmon: It has to be Examon!
Kyoko: Examon has the most destructive power off all the Royal Knights. But he has been hindered due do being predated and edored by the Eaters.
Sonic: Examon clearly's seen better days. It's a terrible idea to go to Odaiba right now. We better start in another place.
Kyoko: I'd jugest check out Ueno. If my readings are correct, Gankoomon's the one there. He might be the best option to start off with.
Hanon: You'll have to do it without me. I can't be seen in public.
Kyoko: Is it ok for you to leave us and continue?
Hanon: I have my own mission to acomplish. And in order to do that... I must continue on the run.
Sonic: ... Doesn't look like we'll be able to change your mind. I'm off to Ueno, then.
Hanon got out of the agency through the window, and hopped on Rapidmon's shouler. The Holy Knight Digimon took her out of there. Back with Sonic, he raced to Ueno at full speed. And once arriving there, he spoted two Digimon.
