After it went dark, I have no idea what happened. I guess Tamura came over to tell me she was back or something and found me unconscious. I didn't want to be found, not until I was gone for good.
I knew Tamura would be upset but she didn't know what it was like to be bullied. She was familiar with most of the people in this town.
When I started to come to, all I could smell was rubbing alcohol, metal, and death. Hospital.
When I opened my eyes they were foggy at first, then cleared up. I saw my mom sleeping on the couch near the window, then saw Tamura in a chair next to me with her head on the bed by my hand. Her chocolate brown hair obscured her face. I gently lifted my hand and touched her head softly. She jerked up and I saw her blue eyes watering still.
"What- why? W-why would you do this, t-to me of all people?" She hiccupped quietly. I pulled her towards me and hugged her fiercely. "I'm sorry." I whispered in her ear.
*End Flashback*
