Btw for this there is a bathroom connected to the spare bedroom for this.

Wednesday December 16, 1965

Dallas stirred awake in the Curtis's bed to see Johnny hovering over him, shaking his arms.

"Dal! Your awake!" He shouted happily.

"What time is it?" Dallas asked him while sitting up against the headboard.

"10:30." Johnny answered.

Dallas nodded and stood up, walking over to the dresser. He pulled out some jeans and a t-shirt and started to change, not caring Johnny was behind him.

Johnny did care however, and blushed heavily as he looked away.

Dallas finished changing and threw his brown jacket on over it.

Johnny walked over, grabbed some clothes and  went into the bathroom to change.

Dallas leaned on the wall waiting for him to be done changing.

"You can brush your teeth now!" Johnny shouted.

He'd kinda forgot to take care of his hair and teeth but nonetheless opened the bathroom door to do so.They both brushed their hair, teeth, and put deodorant on within the span of 10 minutes.

Once they finished they walked out to the kitchen to make food because they woke up late and the food Darry made was gone.

Dallas made eggs and toast while Johnny made cake. While the cake was in the oven they ate actual breakfast.

Dally ate an egg and half his toast while Johnny ate two eggs and his own toast and the rest of Dallas's.

Right when Johnny finished the oven dinged, telling them it was finished.

"I'll get it." Johnny said, rushing over to the off-white oven.

He pulled out the cake with a oven mitt so he didn't burn himself and set it on the table.

Dallas reached out to cut a piece of cake and Johnny slapped his hand.

"It's too hot now, you'll burn yourself. You have to wait at least 8 minutes for it to cool." Johnny scolded.

Dallas pulled his hand back and laughed at Johnny's mom-like senses.

"What's so funny?" Johnny said sitting down and pushing Dal's shoulder lightly.

Dallas kept laughing in response, making Johnny laugh with him.

Once they calmed down Johnny let Dallas cut some cake for the both of them even though it was still too warm.

They ate the cake fairly quickly, Dallas eating a smaller piece. Two-bit had ran into the kitchen and stolen the rest of the cake, running back to watch Mickey Mouse before they could say anything.

"Wanna watch tv?" Johnny asked.

"Sure." He replied standing up.

They both sat down next to each other on the couch and enjoyed the Mikey on tv for about an hour before they got bored of it.

"I'm bored, can we go to the park?" Johnny asked.

"Sure, kid." Dallas said, helping Johnny stand up after him.

They left two-bit abandoned in the living room and set off to the park.

After five minutes of walking Dallas was watching the grass and found a pretty weed that he thought was a flower.

"I think ma said this was a dandelion once." He thought, picking it from its place in the ground.

He tucked it in Johnnys hair and smiled. A pretty boy and a pretty flower, how could life get better?
