As I sat by my window watching the rain drown the flowers in my garden, I started to think about all the things I'd dealt with in my life. All the trauma and pain I'd suffered.
I then started to think about my life I had now. My perfect life.
Me and Daniel had been married now since we were 21 and we had a beautiful daughter together.
Sofia-Rose. She was almost 2 and I loved her with all my heart.I suppose that famous saying is true. What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.
I'm glad I survived all those horrific experiences and I never gave up.
As I sit here and look at my gorgeous family, I realise that after every storm, comes a beautiful rainbow.
I was a strong, brave woman and I was so proud of myself for everything I have dealt with.
Rape. Abuse. Bullying. Death. Grief. Attempted suicide. Self harm. Betrayal.
I had been let down by so many people in my life but what matters now is who surrounds me. All I see now is nothing but positivity and love.
I love my husband and I love my daughter. I also love my life.
I can't wait to see what the future holds.
