It has been a few days since we moved into the apartment and we love it even though its lonely with only the two of us. I also hadn't seen Hailee in a few days but i invited her to my mothers funeral, I miss my mom so much but i can't show my emotions infront of Emma because it will look like i am weak. Anyways I am now getting ready in my room, I had put on a black dress after a lot of struggle, now im just doing some light natural make up then im going to check on Emma to see if she is ready.

After i was done i went to Emma's room to check on her, I knocked on her door and waited but after i didn't hear a response i knocked again "Emma, are you in there?" I said getting worried "Im coming in okay?" I said and then opened the door i looked through her room but she wasn't here so i went to her bathroom "Emma you in there?" I said knocking on the door 'yeah' I heard her mumble. is she crying?? "Emma can you open the door please? we have to go soon" I waited for a few secondes before i heard the door unlocking. I opened the door and saw Emma in the corner crying "Oh Ems whats wrong?" I said going to her side and taking her in my arms "I-I miss mom, i miss her so m-much" she said sobbing in my chest "oh Ems it's okay, its going to be okay i miss her too. But hey let me see that smile of yours you don't want Hailee to see you like that do you?" I said looking at her "Wait Hailee is coming?" she said looking at me shocked "Yes, I invited her the other day and she said she was gonna come with her mother" I said smiling at her and helping her up and wiping her tears away "you look beautiful" she said looking at my outfit "you even more, now lets go Hailee is gonna be here soon" I said before kissing her forhead and holding her hand and going downstairs waiting on the couch.
"You want water?" I asked my sister "yes please" she said getting her head off my chest so i can get up, I went to the fridge and got a bottle of water and went back to my sister on the couch "here" I said opening the bottle of water for her "thank you" she said taking a sip. Before i could sit back down the doorbell rang "thats probably Hailee" I said to Emma and making my way to the door.
"Hi, come on in" I said smiling as i opened the door "Hi honey how are you?" asked Hailee's mom as she gave me a hug "I'm doing okay, how are you guys?" I said pulling away and giving her a smile "We are doing great honey, Where is Emma?" she asked "oh she is waiting on the couch" I said pointing to the living room "okay well I will go check on her" She said making her way to Emma.
"So how are really doing? And don't even try to lie to me!" Hailee said once her mother was away "Wha-what? I wasn't...going...to lie" I said sighing the last part "okay well if you really want to know, I just saw Emma in the bathroom having a breakdown and it really hurt me that i couldn't do anything about it" I said quietly so that Emma and Hailee's mom couldn't hear me.
