Chapter 11

Y/N POV:

After I said goodnight to Hailee last night I couldn't stop smiling. It's like a drug and I'm already addicted, not that I'm complaining.

I am now making my bed and getting ready to go downstairs and make breakfast. Emma is already awake because she came in my room earlier asking for cuddles which I couldn't say no to. So now I'm making some breakfast for the both of us while she's getting ready. A few minutes later Emma came downstairs and helped me set the table for breakfast.

Just as we were about to eat my phone started ringing, as I looked at the caller id a bright smile came to my face. Hailee. "Hey good morning" I said sitting back down, "Hey love, how are you? Did you get to sleep good?" She said in her hot morning voice making me feel some kind of way that I have never felt before.

I was kicked out of my thoughts by Emma kicking me under the table "Ye-yes I did actually, how about you?" I said "I slept amazing, I just wanted to make sure that you're still okay with Griffin coming by?" She says with her sweet voice, I love how she cares so much. "Yes of course, we also can get ice cream together since last time we couldn't" I said not noticing how Emma was looking at me across the table. "Yes that's what I wanted to suggest too!" She said excited which made me smile even more. "Okay Hailee I have to go now" I said excited to see her later. "Okay see you guys later, bye" With that we bid our goodbyes.

I was about to start eating when I felt Emma staring at me. "Are you okay?" I asked, cause she was smirking at me weirdly. "Ohh I'm feeling amazing and you are IN LOVEEE" She said screaming happily which honestly brought a smile to my face to see her like this. "Yes I am so you better don't be doing that when they're here" I said making her sit down but still smiling at her cuteness.

"How are you feeling about him coming?" I asked her because even though she's trying to hide it I know she's nervous, she is my sister after all. "I'm a little nervous if I'm being honest but you will be here with me so I'll be okay." She said picking at her breakfast nervously. I took her hand in mind to reassure her. "It will be okay, and hey I'm meeting him for the first time too so we're in this together" I said rubbing her hand "Now come on eat your breakfast, then we're going for a walk okay?" I said sounding like mom. I miss you and we both love you so much.

After breakfast we cleaned up and went to walk around the neighborhood for 20 minutes. We talked about what Emma will do after school, she wants to become a nurse, like mom.

Time skip:

We're just getting back inside when we heard the doorbell ring. "That's probably them" I said going to get the door. From the corner of my eyes I saw Emma shuffle closer to me. "Hey guys, how are you?" Hailee said giving me a hug before going to hug Emma, "Hi nice to meet you" I said sticking out my hand to Griffin. "Nice to meet you guys" He said sticking his hand out to Emma which she took hesitantly but still smiled to show respect to him.

After we sat down on the couch we started getting comfortable with each other causing to leave laughter and smiles between all of us except Emma so I thought to leave them alone for a bit. "Hey Hailee do you mind helping me with the drinks for a second?" I said hinting that we leave them alone. "Yes of course" She said excited.

We left and went to the kitchen to get the drinks, "So what are we really doing here?" She said smirking at me, "We're getting some drinks but we are going to stay her for a little longer so they can get comfortable with each other." I said giggling at my plan. "I have missed you" Hailee said coming closer to me leaving no space between us. "Did you now?" I said teasingly knowing damn well I missed her more than she thinks. "Yes, so that's why I'm going to do this" Before I could ask anything she kissed me like I'm her drug.
