>Matthew's pov<
She went to her brothers about a week ago and it hurt because I have never been separated from her before. I told her I loved her and gave her millions of kisses, she told me to stop but I knew she loved it. It was hard staying here without her. Since she is coming back in two days. I wanted her to come back. I wanted to surprise her when she came back.
>Time Skip<
Yeah, she came back today and she is now laying in my arms asleep with that cute kitten face she always has. It made my heart melt. I felt him move a bit and then she woke up with a soft groan. I kissed the top of her head while I was still texting my friend, whom I met at the college interview I went to with May, I loved how he mostly had the same humor I did. He loved Mayian too. He thought she was the cutest girl he had ever seen. He has a girlfriend, but she was standing right there fangirling like he was over Mayian. She was blushing hard it was adorable.
I surprised her with a little kitten, but she let one of her little sisters have it since they loved animals and Mayian didn't want a cat in her room because of the carpet in there. I watched as Mayian crawled into her bed next to me and put an arm around me to keep me close to her.
She was absolutely cute when she did that. "How did you manage to stay alive while I was gone?" she questioned. " I don't know princess, but I don't want you to leave again please," I said with a small pouting face. She laughed and hit my arm. I loved her laugh.
"Did you have fun with your besties while I was gone or did you just sit here?" I smiled at her. "Yes I had fun with them, we went out and adventure places like the zoo. I missed you being here, they even wished you were there to hand out with his girlfriend, she was a handful." I wished she was there as well, but her brother wanted to see her and I couldn't take that away.
"I wish I was there too, but hey I had fun with my nephew and brother, even though they made huge messes," she said smiling sweetly. I looked at the clock next to me and smiled.
"Alright, let's go," I said letting go of her and getting up. "Why I thought you wanted to spend time with me here?" She had a confused face, but I just grabbed her hand, took her downstairs, grabbed our shoes, put them on, and we both went to the car. I started the car putting one hand on her thigh, while the other was on the steering wheel.
She looked confused the whole way there and wouldn't stop asking me where we were going.
>Mayian's pov<
I wanted to know where we were going since it wasn't like him to just grab me and go just like that. It weirded me out, but I was just too curious to think about that. His hand was warm on my thigh and it felt good for some reason, it was like a spark that electrified me every time.
We arrived at a small diner with a cute sign in the front that said 'Summer's diner'. I loved how small the building was. We got out of the car and went into the diner. It smelt of pancakes and some bacon with a hint of lavender. The walls were turquoise blue and white stripes that tinted pink. The booths were amazingly decorated with small designs.
We sat in a booth near the windows. A waitress came up and started taking our orders. "I'll have a water and she'll have a sweet tea please," Matthew said to the nice lady, who wrote that down and left to go get them. He grabbed my hand and gave it a small squeeze.
"You okay?" He asked. I nodded and squeezed his hand a bit too just to reassure him. I loved how caring he was, but right now I was worried about my nephew because he got hurt at school the other day.
We got our drinks, ordered our food, ate, and left for another place where they sold puppies. I got the most adorable puppy ever. He had spots and big blue eyes that looked like they were mixed with green. We went back to the house after going to the store and buying some stuff for the puppy.
We sat on my bed, I named him Jasper. He cuddled up against my pillow while Matthew gave me small kisses on my neck while I sat in his lap. he then looked at me and asked me something I would have never expected him to say. Ever.
"Where were you actually at the last two weeks princess?" he asked with a serious face.
"I was at my brother's why?"
