The next morning, Hyde woke his daughter Faith up early, so they go get some breakfast at McDonald's before heading to the airport. Faith got in her best Japanese dress and then headed downstairs to meet up with her father.
Hyde helped Faith with her suitcases and brought them to her car to load in the trunk. As Hyde loaded her stuff in the trunk, Faith looked around her room, making sure see didn't leave anything behind. She couldn't believe it, she was leaving her dad behind in Modesto for a month, while she was gone in Japan.
She couldn't bare to think how lonely Hyde would be with her gone. Faith then grabbed her laptop from her desk and a pile of months homework. She emailed her teachers, letting them know that she would be gone for a month in Japan. They were rather happy to hear that she was going to be learning about the Japanese culture. The only teacher that wasn't happy was her chemistry teacher and she didn't really care what he thought at that moment.
She was off to a trip to Japan and that's all she cared about for the time being. She then turned out all the lights in her room and headed out to meet up with her dad in the parking lot outside their house. Hyde gave Faith her car keys, "You ready to go?" Faith nodded and Hyde hopped in the passenger seat, as Faith hopped into the drivers seat. She started the car and started to make their way to McDonald's to have breakfast.

When they made it to McDonald's, they got out of Faith's car and walked into the building . Faith decided to treat her dad to breakfast, since she was going to be gone for a whole month. Hyde told Faith what he wanted and she ordered their food.
As soon as they ordered their food, Hyde and Faith took their seats. One at a town they both got their drinks from the soda machine. When their food order was called, Hyde went to get their good, while Faith checked her phone for any missed messages from her friends. Faith called them the night before, to let them know that she would be gone for a whole month in Japan.
As soon as she was checking her phone, Hyde came over with their breakfast. Hyde had gotten a McMuffin, while Faith got two orders of the breakfast burritos with mild salsa. While they ate their breakfast, they talked about what Faith was planning to do while in Japan, "I really want to try sushi from there, and also learn some Japanese history at their museums.
Hyde smiled as he listened to Faith's plans, for her month trip in Japan. She was going to have fun he could tell, but he would miss her very much for the month she was going to be away. It sounded she had a lot planned, including shopping at some Japanese shops. Hyde tried not to cry as Faith told him her plans, he didn't want to look upset that she was going to be gone.
As soon as they were done eating their breakfast, Faith cleaned up their mess and they both headed back to her car in the parking lot. They slowly got in and then started to make their way to the airport.

When they reached the airport, Hyde grabbed Faith's stuff out of the trunk and strolled into the airport. They both decided to head towards the Starbucks, to grab a morning cup of coffee before Faith's flight to Tokyo.
Faith both of them a caramel Frappuccino and they started making their way to the security check. Hyde put Faith's suitcases down on the belt and made his way through the security scanner. Faith followed her father though the scanner and then helped him grab her suitcases, then they rolled her stuff to her flight gate.
As she was waiting for her plane number to be called, her cousin Ashley Purdy came out of nowhere and hugged Faith, "There is my cousin Faith, how are you?" Faith hugged her cousin Ashley really tight, she hadn't seen him since Christmas the year before, "What are you doing here Ashley?"
Ashley looked at Faith smiling, "Well, I couldn't have you leave me without saying goodbye." Ashley then took out a gift from his left side pocket and handed it to Faith, "I got you a little something for your trip." Faith opened the gift and found a pair of Japanese fan earrings. She smiled at her cousin and hugged him again, "Thank you Ashley, I love them."
As this moment, Faith's grandma Sheri Zuzula came up to her, "I had to see you before you took off on your trip to Japan." Following behind her grandma was more of her family, cousin Ricky and uncle Jinxx came up to her, "Have fun in Japan my niece,we will miss you dearly." Uncle Jinxx gave her a tight hug and then went up yo her other cousin Ricky, "Try to bring something back ok, I wanna hear all about the history of Japan that you learn."
Faith hugged her cousin Ricky and then they gave each other a fist bump. At this moment, the intercom in the airport came on, "Flight 317 to Tokyo, Japan now boarding." Faith hugged all her family one last time, then grabbed her bags and went up to the gate. She handed the flight attendant her ticket and then went through the gate to the plane.
She was placed in first class in the plane and she took her seat. While the other passengers boarded, she looked through the snacks and drinks in first class. She grabbed a wine glass and poured herself some sparkling apple cider, also she grabbed a bag of Japanese snacks.
The flight pilot then came over the speaker, "We are ready to take our flight towards Tokyo, Japan, hope you all have fun and enjoy your flight." Faith looked at the window as they took down the runway and took off towards Japan.
She was going to have a blast and there was no one going to ruin her fun.
