My Japanese Samurai

First Date with Kei

     The next day, Faith woke up in her hotel sweet by a knock on the door. She got up out of her bed and put on her Japanese robe, that her friend Elizabeth gave her the other day. Faith went to the door and opened to find her friend Katie there, "Hi buddy, it's great to see you."
    Faith hugged Katie, "Katie, what are you doing here?" Katie hugged Faith back and entered the room, "I'm here to take you to my autograph signing for my new book, that just released here in Japan." Faith looked at Katie in shock, "You have a book signing, but I don't have anything nice to wear to it."
    Katie then smiled, "That's why I'm taking you on a girls day out." Katie then took out her car keys to her Jeep Wrangler and helped Faith get in her vehicle. Then Katie got in the driver side and turned the key, then they went off to the mall in Tokyo to go shopping.

   After a long drive, Faith and Katie arrived at the mall. Katie parked in the parking garage, then they got out to head inside the mall. They started by heading towards the food court and decided to get some breakfast at Starbucks. Faith got a mango dragonfruit lemonade with a cheese danish, while Katie got a hot chocolate with a cheese danish.
     They ate their breakfast in peace and discussed where they were going to shop after they were done eating, " Faith thought for a moment, "We could just go around the mall and see what shops catch our eye." Katie nodded in agreement, "That's a good idea."
    They grabbed their garbage, threw it away, and headed towards the shops. Katie was the first to spot a shop that she wanted to go to. It was a Japanese tea shop and Katie couldn't help herself , but go crazy. Faith found some good teas too and also got a really good tea set, she was having a great time with Katie.
The next shop was picked by Faith, it was a Japanese sweet shop and Faith couldn't help go down ever aisle. She bought a bit every Japanese sweet she saw, also she bought some Japanese ball soda. Her and Katie checked out then headed to their next store, which was Hot Topic of course.
Faith went straight to the band t-shirt aisle started searching for a band she really liked named Diaura. She looked for several minutes and found nothing, but then something caught her eye on the right side of the store. She walked over to see a Diaura shirt, but that is not what shocked her. On the shirt was two Japanese man, that seemed highly familiar to her.
The man with the long blonde hair and the man with the short black hair looked like the samurai masters in the dojo. Faith looked at the shirt for a good ten minutes, before she decided to buy it for herself. After she paid for her shirt, her and Katie decided to head to Nordstrom to buy a few dresses, one for the book signing and one for Faith's date with Kei later.
Faith looked around the store and found a perfect dress for her date with Kei. It was a purple dress with a cherry blossom belt, it was so beautiful it was stunning. With the dress, she also bought a cherry blossom necklace and some purple high heels. She also got a purple headband with some pearls on it, it was the perfect dream date outfit.
Katie came back with a red dress with a dragon on it. They made their purchases and headed for the bathrooms to change, the book signing was about to start. Katie waited for Faith to change and once she came out they headed towards Barnes and Noble. They headed towards the back for Katie's signing for her new book. The line was crazy already and was reaching to the front of the store.
Katie sat down and began to sign her books for everyone in the line. For a while, Faith chilled with Katie, then she got a text for Kei:

K: Where do you want me to pick you up at?

Faith looked at her phone and smiled:

F: At Barnes and Noble in the mall I'll be out front

K: Okay see you soon

Faith said goodbye to Katie, then grabbed her things to go change into her other dress for her date. Once she got her dress on, she took out some of her make up to do a last minute make up look. Once she was done, she grabbed her bags and went to wait for Kei outside of Barnes and Noble.
   Moments later, Kei pulls up in his blue Lexus car and gets out to greet Faith, "Are you ready my lady?"He held out his hand and Faith took it without hesitation. He helped her into the car and then got into the drivers seat, then they drove off to the sushi restaurant.
  
     Once at the restaurant, Kei got out and helped Faith out of his car. He held out his arm and she happily wrapped her arm around his, then they both walked into the restaurant. Kei went up the front desk, "Table for two under Kei Shoyah." The waitress smiled, "This way please."
    The waitress led them to the back to the restaurant, they both took their seats and the waitress gave them both a menu. Kei decided to order the dragon roll, while Faith the tempura shrimp role. As they waited, they started to get to know each other better.
     After a while, Faith pulled out the shirt she bought at the mall. She pointed at the pic of Kei on the shirt, "Why didn't you tell me when I met you that you are in one of my favorite bands?" Kei looked at Faith, "I am in Diaura, I'm the guitarist." Faith smiled brightly, "I know it, also the old samurai master Yo-ka  was Diaura too?"
     Kei smiled, "Yeah he was the greatest singer Diaura ever had, since he died we haven't been able to perform though." Just then, their sushi arrived at their table and they began to eat. After they were done eating, Kei paid the bill and helped Faith back to the car, then drove her back to the hotel. Once Kei dropped Faith at the hotel, he handed out a piece of paper, "Here is my number, so we can stay in touch."
     Faith then handed Kei her number, "See you soon Kei, hopefully sooner than we think." Kei then kissed Faith's hand. Faith walked to the front door and up the elevator to her room. She was blushing while changed into her pjs and got into bed. She was so happy she went on a date with Kei and couldn't wait till her next one.
