As soon as Lee, Elizabeth and Faith arrived at the dojo, they were greeted by some of the samurai guarding the gates to the main part of the dojo. Lee and Elizabeth turned off their cars and helped Faith out of Lee's car, then they all stood at the front gate.
One of the fellow samurai's stood in front of them, "State your business here, samurai Elizabeth and Lee." Elizabeth pulled Faith to the front of the line, "We would love to show our dear friend Faith around, she loves the work of the samurai."
The samurai looked at them for a moment, thinking about his answer, "Very well then, you may show your friend around, master Kei will be very delighted you two found someone who really appreciates the hard work of a true samurai warrior." At this the samurai let them pass through the gates to the dojo and the samurai training grounds.
Lee and Elizabeth walked Faith towards the kitchen, "All the samurai are having lunch right now, so we can join them and then we can show you the training grounds where the samurai train hard daily." They walked into the kitchen and grabbed some udon noodles and pork, then sat down to have tea with the other samurai warriors.
They all ate in peace and waited for the gong to signal training to be rung. Faith ate her udon noodles and pork with her tea, then looked at the other samurai warriors. They looked to her, pretty tough and she seemed to be drawing some attention to herself. Some of the samurai started whispering to each other, which made her rather uncomfortable. She was thinking, the gong for training should be going off soon, to signal the days training to continue.
Like she was some sort of physic, the gong rang from down at the training grounds, signaling for training to continue. The samurai warriors got up, got rid of their trash and walked back to the training grounds. Lee, Elizabeth , and Faith followed the others to the samurai training grounds.
Once there, Lee and Elizabeth took turns showing Faith each part of the grounds, where samurai would train to become a true warrior. They also showed her the infirmary, where injured samurai would stay till they completely heal.
They showed the gardens behind the dojo, where the old samurai master Yo-Kay's body was buried. Lee and Elizabeth knelt down in front of Yo-ka's grave, "This was our old samurai master, he was killed by an old samurai warrior who was banished after hurting our current master Kei."
Faith pulled out a flower from her kimono and placed it on Yo-Ka's gravestone. She had heard so much of master Yo-Ka's hard work as a samurai master. Her dad would always tell her about him when she was younger, now she would never meet the master samurai who her father spoke of. Faith at that moment began to cry into the sleeve of her kimono.
Lee and Elizabeth hugged Faith, "Master Yo-ka thanks you for kindness and the beautiful flower, he will always be with us all in spirit." That moment Lee and Elizabeth left Faith to be alone with master Yo-ka's grave, they had to get to work on their training for the day.
As they walked away, Faith felt a cold hand on her right shoulder. She turned around to see a spirit looking at her smiling, she turned to run, but the spirit stopped her, "Don't be afraid my lady, I'm master Yo-ka it's going to be okay, I will not harm you."
Faith looked at Yo-ka as tears continue to stream down her face, "You are a very smart young lady Faith, I will always guide you the right path, since I used to train your father Hyde before he left the dojo to raise you." Faith looked at Yo-ka confused, "My dad was a samurai?"
Yo-ka nodded, "One of the greatest in Japanese history." Yo-ka took his left hand and dried off Faith's tears off her face, "You are a very lucky to be here Faith, I can see a great future for you here." Faith looked the spirit of Yo-ka in his eyes an smiled.
At this moment, Lee and Elizabeth were calling out for her, "I must go now Faith, remember I will always be with you and your family." At this a flow of cherry blossom pedals circled Yo-ka's spirit and disappeared with the wind. Lee and Elizabeth came beside Faith, "It's time for dinner,  come you will finally get to meet our new samurai master Kei."
Lee and Elizabeth led Faith back to the kitchen to have dinner. For dinner, there was tea with sushi also there was ramen noodle soup along with a side of bread. Faith grabbed some sushi, then waited for Lee and Elizabeth to join her at the tables.Faith couldn't eat much, she was too excited to meet the new samurai master.
Moments later, a person that Faith had not meet yet, walks into the kitchen and grabs a plate of food, "Who is that?" Faith pointed to the young man who just walked in, "That is our new samurai master Kei, he is quite the samurai."
Faith looked at Kei with a smile on her face, she had never seen such a handsome Japanese man in her life. Lee looked at Faith, who was blushing bright red, "You have a crush on master Kei, don't you Faith?" Faith bolted up and started heading towards the exit.
She ran with her eyes covered, how could her friend Lee humiliate her like that. She started to cry again and without noticing bumped into someone heading towards their table.Faith fell backwards and landed on the floor, the other samurai's started to laugh at her. Faith got up and ran out the exit covering her face, for a moment she thought she wanted to leave.
Then she felt a hand on her right shoulder again, this time it was the new samurai master Kei looking at her, "Hey, seems like you need a nice walk to clear you mind, come walk with me for a moment." Kei held out his left hand to Faith, she took it without hesitation and they both began to walk the grounds.
"I'm sorry that samurai Lee humiliated you, I will make sure he gets punished for that." Kei looked Faith in the eyes and for a moment there was spark between them. Both of them looked at each other for a good whole 10 minutes without a single word spoken.
Finally Kei spoke, "So Faith, I was wondering if you would like to go out sometime?" Faith smiled at Kei, "I would love too, when were you thinking on taking me out on a date?" Kei rubbed his hair kind nervously, "How about tomorrow around 5pm at the ramen noodle place in town?"Faith kissed Kei on his left cheek, "Sounds like a plan see you then my Kei."
Lee, Elizabeth, and Faith got back into their cars, then drove back to the hotel to drop Faith off. She couldn't believe her luck, she had a date with the samurai master Kei the next night and she was super happy that her friends took her to meet him at the dojo.
