Chapter 7

Yeonjun was zoning out when he felt a sharp tapping on his shoulder. Jumping, he turned around to see who rudely inturruped his thoughts, only to roll his eyes at the sight of an angry beomgyu.

"Paboya, did you hear anything i said?" glared beomgyu. Yeonjun absentmindedly hummed an "answer", sinking back into his thoughts.

Sighing, the brown haired boy stared at yeonjun who was, you guessed it, zoning out again staring into the vast ocean.

"YA! yeonjunnieeeee" beomgyu called, waving a hand infront of yeonjuns face. "what." snarled yeonjun as he snatched his hands away. "Hyung, are you okay? you've been out of it lately, and I heard you screaming the other day.." beomgyu asked, anxious for a reply.

"Gyu, I promise im fine." yeonjun reassured with a half smile. Beomgyu sighed in a bit of relife as he watch his friend drift away into thought again. Yeonjuns mind was wandering somewhere else, thinking about something else, perhaps someone else.

Huffing in anonnance, the chestnut headed boy swam away to bother somebody else, as his best friend was ignoring the world for his thoughts again, leaving a distracted yeonjun alone.

"I thought human were cruel, evil, and ugly.." Yeonjun thought to himself. "I lowkey cannot be talking, my duty is to literally seduce, fuck, trick, and kill men!" he chuckled to himself. Looking around, he notice Beomgyu was gone, and he was left alone. "Is that stupid chestnut looking headass for real right now?" He thought to himself.

Closing his eyes and thinking (again), he quickly opend them again to realize that familiar copper taste he's been experiencing for the past few days.

Blood.
Shimmering silvery blue blood.
Again.
He was biting his lip yet again.

He sighed and looked at the scales on his tail expecting to see a beautfil array of blue, purple, and teal, only to frown seeing the strange muted purples and pink tints in thier place. "This hasn't happend since..." he thought, but quickly cutting that out off and tossing it away. He shook his head rapidly, causing a huge stream of bubbles rise up to the surface.

"SHIT!" he cursed to himself. Why you may ask? Well,

That was a sirens way to lure humans to drown to their

On the surface, Soobin stared down to the oceans below, trying to organize his thoughts from what happend that night a few days ago. His hunger not helping him, he just kept staring and staring into the depts of the ocean, trying not to think about how he was going to die her, stranded in the middle of no where.

Inturupting Soobins thoughts, bubbles suddenly started rising rapidly from below the surface. At first, the tilted his head the the bubbles, brain not processing what it could possibly be. But once he realized what it was, his eyes widend in panic as he thought, "Maybe taehyun fell from that ship and swam looking for me all this time!!" he got excited. But his expression darkend when he realized the bubbles came to a stop. Panicking, he belived that his dear cousin Taehyun had drowned and stopped breathing from below.

Immediately throwing himself into the water, he swam swam and swam deeper below.
