Lapland, Finland, Sauria

In the cold winter of Sauria, Bill was in his winter coat, riding on a snowmobile. The snowmobile began to run out of gas.

"Don't do this to me!" Bill was pounding at the snowmobile, begging it to go but it ran out of gas. He called for help on his phone, but he couldn't get a signal in the cold forest. So he wandered in the snowy forest and wandered into a cave for heat, then sat there. He saw a polar bear gnawing on some elk meat from a dead elk lying on the ground.

"Excuse me Mr. Polar Bear." Bill asked the bear. "I want some of that elk." The bear took it the wrong way and charged at Bill. He clawed at Bill, but he dodged the attack. Bill ran to the corner of the cave, but the bear cornered him, ready to dine on his flesh. Before that could happen, Bill was rescued by some soldiers in green coats. A soldier with a shotgun killed the bear, saving Bill.

"Hey you!" The squad captain called.

"Are you...soldiers from Sauria?" Bill asked.

"That's right." The captain introduced himself speaking in his Eastern European accent. "My name is Edvin Laine, captain of the Saurian Military."

"I'm Bill Perkins, nice to meet you." Bill introduced himself.

"Come to my camp and we will have some assignments for you." Bill was escorted by Edvin to his camp, which was some big covered jeeps and tents around a fire with the Saurian flag flying.

"Sauria looks poorly funded compared to Orcana." Bill remarked after seeing that Sauria was still using 2000s era war vehicles.

"Yes, that is correct." Edvin looked around and saw the Saurian soldiers still using old assault weapons and not laser weapons like Orcana has. "We used to purchase gear from America, but when America became Orcana, we have no one to purchase weapons from, so we are stuck with the old gear."

"So, what's on the agenda?" Bill wanted to know what he could do.

"First, there's an Orcana supply truck coming into town to deliver ammo for the soldiers in the Orcanian colonies in Sauria." Edvin explained. "On it is some dynamite packs. You need to steal the truck and bring the dynamite packs to me."

Sounds easy enough." Bill got on a 4x4 Jeep and drove to find the truck. The truck was driving down an icy road, carrying dynamite packs with three sticks per pack. Bill stopped the jeep in the middle of the road in front of the truck and got out of the jeep.

"Hey, what's the big idea?" The driver complained.

"How about we swap vehicles so I don't have to kill you. Do you approve?"

"Deal." The driver got in the jeep and Bill got in the truck. Bill drove the truck back to the hideout with the dynamite packs.

"Good job getting those dynamite packs." Edvin congratulated Bill. "But you still have two more favors to do."

"What are those?" Bill wanted to know.

"Plant the dynamite packs on the cliff that overlooks the Orcanian settlement below." Edvin instructed. "We need to make Orcana regret the day they set foot in Sauria." Bill went to plant the dynamite packs on the cliff. He planted the packs on the ground because he didn't want to fall off. He ran back to Edvin.

"Very good." Edvin congratulated Bill. "Third and last, look in one of those crates to find a sniper rifle. We need to get to a high vantage point to shoot the dynamite packs and destroy Orcana!" Bill looked in the crate and found a sniper rifle. He gave the sniper rifle to Edvin.

"Thanks." Edvin took the rifle and proceeded up a hill to a high vantage point where he could see the dynamite packs. Suddenly, The Stingray landed in the middle of the snow. Out from The Stingray came Emma and Pike.

"Where have you been, Bill!" Emma was mad at Bill for being gone for so long.

"I was running away from Orcana! I'm a wanted criminal!" Emma slapped Bill.

"We're all wanted criminals!" Emma was not happy. "Just try to run from Orcana a little closer to home!"

"Listen, I was doing some jobs for a Saurian Captain named Edvin and he's going to blow a cliff setting off an avalanche, destroying an Orcanian town." Bill explained.

"We flew by that town, and there are more innocent civilians there than there are Orcanian soldiers." Emma went back to the Stingray to get the people to safety. Bill went to stop Edvin.

"Call off your attack now!" Bill was begging Edvin to stop his attack.

"Stay out of my way!" Edvin shouted. "Orcana has to pay for what they did!"

"But there are innocent civilians there!" Bill cried. "Everyday people living their lives!"

"This is war." Edvin reminded Bill. "Sacrifices have to be made during wartime, there are no win win situations." Edvin pulled the trigger and shot the dynamite packs, while Bill tried to stop him. Before Bill could get to the vantage point, the icy rocks rumbled down the mountains, crushing buildings, Orcana soldiers, and innocent civilians, squashing everything in their path. The rocks set off some fires from hitting torches and street lamps, adding fires to the destruction and carnage. The Stingray flew over the rubble, with Emma looking out the window.

"All those people....gone." Tears rolled down Emma's eyes. She sobbed, while Pike handed her a tissue. Outside there were charred skeletons and dead bodies on the ground, implying that a lot of people died.

"Sauria is just as bad as Orcana, I presume." Penny concluded. "I don't know about you, but we should go to Sauria's capital and give their boss man a piece of my mind!"

"That would be the king of Sauria who lives in their capital of Versailles."

"Right." Bill was about to wait for the Stingray to pick him up, but he got a spirit call from Arthur.

"Bill." Arthur called.

"What now, Artie?" Bill asked.

"Go to the Congo Rainforest." Arthur told Bill.

"Why?" Bill was concerned why Arthur wanted him to go to a rainforest. "Why would I want to go somewhere with no food to eat or places to buy clothes?"

"It's who you are going to see there." Arthur explained. "You will meet Mateo Packard, the man who instructed me."

"Sounds like one hell of a man if he instructed you." Arthur ended his call, with Bill realizing that Edvin was playing the fiddle and singing songs with his comrades. Bill stood up, marched to the camp and threw the fiddle in the fire.

"Sauria shall pay for what they did!" Bill was angry. "You're just as bad as Orcana!" Bill unleashed a fire blast, destroying a covered truck. Bill unleashed another fire blast, destroying another covered truck. Bill drew his plasma blade and sliced through the tents. The Saurian soldiers shot at him, but he impaled them with his plasma blade. Bill pulled out his laser gun, but it was shot out of his hand and destroyed by a soldier's assault rifle. Bill picked up a stolen Astra A-60 and shot the soldier in the head.

"Let's settle this mono y mono." Edvin was ready for a duel, but not with plasma blades, with guns. Edvin pulled out a Mauser C96 from his holster and put it back in. Edvin and Bill bowed to each other and took ten steps backwards. All was quiet, and at any moment the first man would draw. Bill drew his gun first and fired a precise shot at Edvin's heart, knocking him over as he bled to death. Bill took his Mauser and holster as a trophy.

"Well, at least I don't have to worry about overheating with these things." Bill ran through the trees and found a Saurian helicopter just sitting in an open field. He started the helicopter, bound for the Congo.
