What am I gonna do??
Tohru started to panic. Kyo does know that she's already with Yuki... What's gonna happen when he tries to ask her out?
Tohru shook her head and walked to the dining room where Yuki and Shigure were eating breakfast.
"Hi sorry I'm late." Tohru said as she sat down next to Yuki.
"No need to apologize, Miss Honda." He replied wrapping his arm around her small shoulders.
Shigure stared at them wide eyed, mouth gaping.
"Y-Yuki." He started. "Is there something you forgot to tell me?"
Tohru gulped. Oh no, I forgot Shigure doesn't know yet..
"Tohru is my girlfriend now." Yuki said shyly.
"And.. I broke his curse." She added.
Shigure stared at them.
"I'm sorry.." Tohru said. "You must be upset-"
"Upset?" Shigure laughed.
Tohru felt taken back. "Your not??"
He laughed again. "Of course not. I'm very happy for both of you."
Yuki sighed in relief. "I thought you were gonna start lecturing us."
Shigure shook his head and smiled. "Not at all, and I'm happy that your curse has gone, Yuki."
"Thank you." Tohru said.
"Does Kyo know?" Shigure asked.
"Do I know what?"
Yuki quickly let go of his grip around Tohru's shoulder as Kyo came trudging inside the room.
"Oh good morning Kyo!" Tohru greeted, trying to hide a small hint of panic in her voice.
He muttered back and sat down next to Shigure.
"So what do I know?" Kyo asked.
Yuki shot Shigure daggers who opened his mouth half way, but now was clamped shut.
Tohru spoke up. "That its almost Christmas!" She smiled really big.
Kyo looked surprised and nodded. "Oh yeah that." He began piling his bowl with food.
Shigure have Tohru a i-thought-you-were-gonna-tell-him face.
She shook her head slightly and mouthed, later.
Under the table, Yuki and Tohru held hands secretly.

"Tohru?'
She turned around to see Kyo standing by the door way in the kitchen.
"Oh hi Kyo!" She replied washing the dishes.
"Er.." He paused. "Can I talk to you in private?"
"S-Sure." Tohru didn't know what to say. "I'm almost done here anyways."
Once Tohru was finished washing then putting away the dishes she followed Kyo upstairs and onto the rooftop.
Kyo sat down and Tohru did too, leaving a couple of feet between themselves.
"So what do you want to talk about?" Tohru asked breaking the earie silence that lingered for some moments.
Kyo heaved a sigh and looked up. "I know I haven't been the kindest person lately and I um.. Just wanna apologize for that."
Tohru blinked. She barely heard Kyo ever apologizing before.
He glared at her, as if he wanted her to respond.
"Oh right!" Tohru laughed nervously. "Sorry sorry... I should've said something right away."
Kyo chuckled softly.
This isn't like Kyo.. Hmm, I wonder why he wanted to talk to me.. Oh! Maybe because of..
As if on cue, Kyo turned around and faced Tohru, holding her hand.
Tohru flinched but relaxed.
"Tohru." He began slowly. "Ever since you started staying here at the house... I've becoms more open to you and.."
He cursed under his breath.
"And.." He continued. "I like you. Not just a friend but, really really like you..." He took a deep breath. "Your always so kind to me no matter what and.. You're very pretty. No.. Beautiful."
Tohru was too stunned to say anything.
Kyo kept going. "I've been feeling like this for a while now.. And I wanted to ask you.. Will you be my girlfriend?"
No no no no.... This is bad.. But I don't wanna hurt him..
"Kyo.." Tohru started. "I don't know what to say.. Thank you go everything you said to me."
Kyo blushed and nodded.
I don't have a choice.. I have to tell him.
I'm so sorry..
Tohru inhaled sharply. "Kyo I would love to.." She paused when she saw his face light up. I'm so so sorry.. "But I can't.."
Kyo's smile slowly faded. "W-why?"
"I'm so sorry Kyo.." A tear fell from her right eye. She let go of his hand. "But.."
"But what??"
Tohru choked back a sob. "I'm already with Yuki."
Kyo's face darkened with a hint of anger. "That damn rat!" He yelled.
"Kyo please-"
"No!" He shouted. "I don't want to hear it!!"
With that, he jumped off the roof and ran into the woods.
Tohru was left sitting on the roof, crying and sad.
I didn't mean to hurt you Kyo... I'm so sorry..
