right now i was in a game, a game with a lot of selfish assholes. it was 4 of spades and everyone had 1 item chosen specifically for them to find in the limited time and if a person didn't find their item by the end of the time limit, they would be eliminated. my items was a music box.

it was pretty easy to find, it made music so all i had to do was follow the music and soon enough, i found a little blue box with a flower pattern making a screeching sound with a little ballerina dancing. i closed the box so it would stop making that revolting sound and i heard a notification go off from the game phone.

i followed the instructions and went back to the entrance to wait. i put my hood on and waited in a corner. " NO NO!! I HAVENT FOUND MY ITEM YET!! " i hear a woman scream, i look up and see multiple people around the crying lady while a man is holding her hands.

" NO IT WILL BE OKAY! I WILL FIND US A WAY OUT OF THIS I PROMISE!! " he says back. " i wouldn't be to sure about that, you would have to be pretty fast to find the item under two minutes. " i say in a monotone voice as everyone starts to look at me.

they all go silent for a second. " YOU DONT KNOW ANYTHING!!! SHUT UP YOU HEARTLESS BITCH!! " the woman screams at me, usually i don't care for things like this but today was different. i was already having a shit day and somehow wanted to bawl my eyes out.

i look at her with no reaction whatsoever and soon everyone hears the timer sound end. " no.. noo.. NO!! PLEASE I SWEAR!! I WILL DO ANYTHING JUST LET ME GO PLEASE!!! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!! HEY LISTEN!! HE.. HE DISTRACTED ME! HE WOULDNT LET ME GET MY ITEM!!-"

*BANG*

i watch as she falls to the floor with the bracelets around her neck, wrists and ankles explode. everyone except for me looks at her body terrified. i hear screams and yells looking at the body and i look away. obviously this is their first game. after everything slowly calms down, it gets worse again.

" hey.. HEY YOU FUCKING DOG LOOK AT ME!! " i hear a man scream in my direction and i look at him with my arms crossed. i'm just ready to leave. " YOU KILLED HER! YOU KILLED MY GIRLFRIEND YOU FUCKING UGLY PEICE OF SHIT!!  WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE HUH? JACKASS " he yells while coming towards me.

people try to calm him down but he doesn't. i remain calm on the outside but on the inside i'm panicking. he's taller, stronger and more scary looking then i could ever be. soon i feel a strong punch to my face sending me straight to the floor. " NOW LISTEN HERE YOU WORTHLESS GOOD FOR NOTHING! " he screams.

" YOUR SUCH A HEARTLESS BASTARD NO WONDER NOBODY LIKES YOU, YOUR SUCH A PATHETIC HUMAN BEING I CANT EVEN IMAGINE YOU AS ONE. DISGUSTING LITTLE FUCKFACE. your worthless. " he says then slowly leaves with all the people behind him, leaving me alone and sit to think.

what did i do wrong? i don't move from my seat on the floor and my eyes slightly tear up. am i really worthless? am i really heartless? nobody likes me? so many things race through my mind at once.

i stop myself from crying and i slowly get up. i make my way back to the car without a word, hiding my face with my hoodie and resting my hands in my pocket again. once i get back i see aguni waiting at the car sighing. " chishiya, what took you so long. " he asks sort of sternly. i don't blame him, i probably took at least 15 minutes.
