I wanted Lu to experience more human things than he had thus far.
I had planned for us to go camping so that he could experience that human enjoyment. with smores, campfire, sleeping in sleeping bags, gazing at the stars.
though I didn't tell him where we was going just told him not to dress in his fancy clothes. to wear pants, boots or tennis shoes, and a long sleeve shirt.
when he gave me a weird look I told him that where we are gong his Armani, Gucci, and LV would be destoried,shredded, and ruined. wheres if he wears what I sad its not gonna be like losing an important body part cause the clothes cost like a kidney on the black market.
"can Detective come?" he asked
I fidgeted...
"What I was planning to do shouldn't be done in hearing range of Beats" I told him
he looked at me and smirked
"you sly devil you," he says
"nah that's all you baby" I say before I went to work on making sure I had everything that was needed.
Once I had everything set up and loaded up I went back up to the penthouse to see why Lu was talking so long.
"Lu baby" I had called out
"Yea?" he asked
"What is taking you so long?" I asked
"sorry, was making sure that Detective knew I'd be unreachable for a week or so" he says as he rounds the corner wearing ...Armani.
"change clothes" I say
he looks at his outfit.
"what is wrong with his?" he asked
"its fancy and expensive as hell not suitable for where we ar going...I've told you this hunny" I say
"right. sorry. one moment" he says before he ushered off leaving his phone on the paino.
I waited for what was less then ten minutes.
"don't tell me you packed only fancy wear?" I asked
"I put it all back and packed pants, long sleeves, and these boots" he says
I nodded my head before I grabbed his phone and his hand then walked out.
I felt so excited to be able to experience his first camping trip...well I hope its his first.
"so where are we going?" he asked
"camping" I say as I made my way up the hill
he laughed
"I'm serious Lu" I say
"what the bloody hell for?" he asked
"its a human experience I wanted to share with you" I replied
"hpow can we survive?" he asked
"I packed two coolers full of drinks and food" I say
he looked back at the said coolers and sighed.
"I hate bugs though" he says
"are you really whinning right now?" I asked as I parked where I was gonna set the tent up.
"its gonna be cold" he continued
I rolled my eyes and got everything out and started sitting it all up.
he was being Mr. Pouty while I put the tent up and got the fire going.
"why do we need all this?" he asked
"to stay warm and keep some of the critters, and other animals away" I say
he looked at me with wide eyes before.
"like what?" he asked
"bears, mountain lions, cougars" I say listing some.
"I'm sleeping in the car" he says before climbing back into the car while I sat out and started making myself some smores and just enjoying myself.
After while hen night fell and he was getting hungry he climbed outta the car and joined me.
"please don't leave me alone" he says
"I'm not I'm right here in this tent, you're the one abandoning me" I say
He sighs
"I just never done this and its not the most grand experience" he says
"you know what after I get some sleep and come early in the morning we'll pack up and head back home so you can be your ritzy self" I say before I finished my food and went into the tent.
it was a long time before he fumbled with the zipper on the tent before he managed to open it and crawled in.
"How this is worse than hell beats the knowledge outta me." I say
"its not. its a bit better" he says
"so whats the problem?" I asked
"I'm not a nature type of person." he says
"sorry for wanting to experience this thanking it'd be exciting first for you." I say as I rolled over in my slipping bag which was the only one.
he zipped the tent closed and crawled into the sleeping bag with me.
"I'm sorry for being a debby downer" he says
"just get some sleep Lucifer. we have an early morning" I say
He move so he was plush up against me holding me tightly so I'd not be able to move.
"I will not ruin the rest of this for you. I will enjoy being alone with you and not having any worries about Luz or the percent" he says
I looked back at him.
"you sure?" I asked
"Yeah. I mean you've taken some time off just to do this so that I can experience a human enjoyment. and I'm running it. which I am sorry about. I wont complain any more and I'll be happy" he says
"thank you" I say
he leaned down and gave me a kiss.
"no darling thank you for being so thoughtful and dealing with me all the time" he says
I smiled and snuggled back against him.
"night Lu" I say
"night baby" he say
