𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐉𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐓𝐇𝐒 || 𝘈𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘳 {slow updates}

𝐀𝐂𝐓 𝟏

Neytiri and Jake were laying down in their hammock in each others arms when Jake's ears perked up. Jake heard something, it wasn't the usual sound you would hear on Pandora but it still could've been something in the forest that just made an odd noise so he didn't think much of it. He also didn't want to wake Neytiri up because she was sleeping peacefully so he would just have to see if whatever made the sound made it again and if Neytiri heard it.

Just as Jake was about to fall asleep he heard the sound again but again Neytiri didn't wake up so it must've been normal, after all he had only been on Pandora for 6 months. So he just tried to not worry about it. He kissed Neytiri on the forehead and tried to go to sleep.

Now it was morning and Jake had just woken up to Neytiri slightly moving her head on his chest. Around 45 minutes passed before Neytiri finally woke up. Jake noticed that Neytiri was up and said good morning. Neytiri who was still a little dazed asked how he slept because she could tell that he was still pretty tired. Jake answered her, "it was pretty restless, I kept worrying about this sound I heard last night." Neytiri questioned him on what the sound was but he couldn't explain all he could say was it didn't sound normal. Neytiri just told him not to worry and that it was probably just a viperwolf.

𝟭𝟲:𝟰𝟱 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻—
Neytiri was down by the river with her bow trying to get lunch when Jake snuck up behind her and scooped her up into his arms. Neytiri got scared and dropped her bow but when she looked into Jake's eyes every ounce of fear melted away. They both started to laugh and Jake put Neytiri down and Jake went to grab her bow, but just when he was about to grab it he heard the sound again. This time he asked Neytiri about it, but she didn't think much of it. Since Neytiri didn't think anything of it Jake went back to picking up Neytiri's bow and handed it to her. She aimed her bow and of course she hit a fish right by a rock by the bank of the river. Jake went and grabbed the fish off the arrow and took it back to eat.

𝟯𝟮:𝟯𝟱 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁—
Once again Neytiri and Jake were in their hammock but this time it was different because Neytiri had something special to tell Jake. She figured it was about time to tell him because she found out earlier in the day but she couldn't find the right time to tell him, but just as she was about to tell him Jake sat up. Neytiri realized it was the sound again but this time she heard it and it was loud and clear to her now that this sound that Jake had been hearing since last night was in fact not normal. Neytiri looked at Jake with a look of worry in her eyes so Jake asked her if she wanted to see what it was. Neytiri was on edge about it but she said yes anyway because it could be dangerous and they wanted to feel safe in their own space. So, they went to check it out and what they found was well you'll see...
