Azula was sitting on the shore, taking in the breathtaking view of the water. How the sun was perfectly glistening off the waves and the sound of those waves crashing.

As Azula was deep in thought, he was startled by a voice echoing in his ear.

"Hey" the voice said.

Azula turned to face the voice and was met with the girl from earlier today, the girl he asked Tsireya about at their lesson.

"Do you mind if I sit?" She asked.

Azula shook his head as he moved over a bit and patted the sand. "Vara, right?" He questioned as she sat.

"Yeah, how'd you know?" She replied.

"Tsireya told me. Today at our lesson."

"Hmm ok. How did I come up in your lesson?"

"Oh um I saw you over by Aonung and I asked who you were."

"So, you know my name but I don't know yours forest boy." Vara said as she turned to face Azula.

"I mean we could just keep it that way." Azula said as he gazed at Vara.

"Oh so we're trying to be mysterious are we?"

"You could say that. Am I any good at it?"

"No not in the slightest forest boy." Vara said as she nudged him in his side.

"Well that's disappointing." Azula said as he stifled a laugh with Vara following.

"But seriously what's your name."

"Azula."

"Cool but one thing I don't understand is why does your family look different than you?"

"Is it that big of a difference?"

"No but I'm the type of person to notice even the slightest differences in people. That's one thing you can know about me."

Azula stifled a laugh as he looked back to the ocean, "Well one thing to know about me is that I was adopted at a young age by Neytiri and Jake. I don't remember much but they say I saved them from viperwolves and then they adopted me. The main thing I remember is my family dying and then the Sullys taking me in."

"How did your family die?"

"To be honest I can't remember. I've always viewed Neytiri and Jake as my mom and dad so it doesn't really matter."

"Hmmm so you don't miss your family?"

"I mean I can sometimes but I've grown up with the Sullys and I can't imagine my life without them."

"That's good, I guess."

"Yeah."

"What are viperwolves?"

Azula stifled a laugh, "there theses animals in the forest obviously and...
