The Sullys, Tsireya, and Rotxo were out on a rock learning how to control their breathing. Azula was watching Lo'ak and Tsireya. Tsireya had just placed her hands on Lo'ak's stomach.
"Breath in." She instructed Lo'ak. "Breath out slowly." She continued as Lo'ak did as she told him.
"Lo'ak your heart beat is fast." Tsireya stated as Lo'ak looked down at her. "Sorry" he replied as he looked away.
Azula looked towards Neteyam and Rotxo who were smiling at each other. Azula pressed his lips together as he saw Kiri roll her eyes.
"Tsireya." Azula stated to get her attention.
"Yes." She replied.
"Is Vara coming today?" He questioned.
"Yes I am." Azula heard a voice echo in his ear from behind.
He turned around as he was met with Vara standing over him.
"Can I sit here?" She questioned as she pointed to a spot in between Rotxo and Azula.
"Yeah." Azula replied as he moved over, closer to Neteyam.
"Are you getting it?" Vara questioned as she gazed at Azula.
"Yeah I think so." He replied.
"Okay let's check." Vara stated as she placed her hands in the same position Tsireya did with Lo'ak.
"Breath in and breath out, slowly." Vara stated.
Azula gazed down at Vara as he felt his heart rate rise and his cheeks burn. "Azula your doing the opposite of slowing down your heart rate." Vara stated.
"Sorry. I didn't mean to." Azula replied as he switched his gaze to Neteyam who was already looking at him with a smirk on his lips.
"If you want to learn you have to slow down your heart rate, Azula." Vara said as Azula looked back down at her.
Azula couldn't help his heart rate. It started to speed up again as he heard his name in Vara's mouth. He wished he could hear it everyday.
"I'm trying." Azula replied.
"Try to get whatever's making your heart rate speed up out of your head." Vara stated.
"What if I can't."
"Just try." Vara stated sternly.
"Okay." Azula replied as he moved his gaze towards the sea and stated to take deep breaths to slow down his heart.
"See, there you go." Vara stated as she removed her hands from his stomach.
"I got it?" Azula said as he looked towards Vara.
"Yep." She replied as she smiled at him.
"Thank you." Azula smiled.
