THAT WAS 20 years ago that robin asked y/n to marry him, they're now 25 living together and happy as ever, they've been together since they were 15

we got into the car and he started driving "you excited" he said as he placed his hand on my thigh "very excited" i said smiling, you see robins taking me on a date apparently it's very special, he smiled back "that's good" he said as he rubbed my thigh with him thumb gently

we finally arrived to this area, it was a forest looking area, not gonna lie i was confused but decided to trust the process

we got out of the car, robin grabbed my hand "trust the process" he chuckled

"ok" i said, we started walking, i was not wearing good shoes for walking in the bushes, sticks kept stabbing my foot and it hurt "ow fuck" i said "oh you ok?"

"just not really wearing proper shoes for this" i said smiling "here" he said as he picked me up in a bridal style

"better?" he said smiling, i chuckled "thank you" i said as i kissed his cheek

"close your eyes" he said, i closed them, i kept them open a bit tho "hey no peaking!" he said "i'm not!" i said, he chuckled "open!" he said

i opened my eyes and saw a beautiful beach, it had a tent with a very beautiful set up

"oh my god!" i said smiling

"like it?" he said smiling "love it" i said as i grabbed his hand running over to it

the tent had a mattress with pillows and blankets, there was champagne and food

"this is so cool robin holy shit" i said

"i know right" he said as he flopped onto the mattress

i flopped down with him

"thank you robin i really appreciate this" i said as i kissed his lips

he pulled away "no problem" he said as he pressed his lips against mine again

our lips moved in sync, he grabbed my waist pulling me closer to him

we made out for a bit, once we got tired we cuddled

"oo! want some food?" he said

"is that even a question i'm like always hungry" i said (real)

"ok" he said smiling

there was a whole set up for food with different things on it

we ate for a bit and talked, we drank champagne

"come with me" he said as he grabbed my hand

i followed him and he led me to the shoreline of the beach

he looked quite nervous "y/n..." he said as he grabbed my hands

"yes robin" i said smiling

he took a deep breath looking up to the sky and back at me

"do you remember when i asked you to marry me when we were like 5" he said chuckling

*HOLY SHIT*

"yes ofc how can i forget" i said smiling

"and you said ask me when we're older...well" he said as he got onto one knee

"will you marry me y/n?" he said smiling as he got out the ring

i gasped putting my hands over my mouth

i was so shocked "....yes!" i said smiling

he chuckled slipping the ring onto my finger which fit perfectly

he got up and hugged me, his hands placed on my waist my hands wrapped around his neck

"i love you y/n" he mumbled since his face was hidden in my neck

"i love you too robin" i said as tears fell down my face

we both pulled away crying, happy tears.

we chuckled at the sight of us crying

"your the only one for me y/n" he said as he cupped my face pressing his lips against mine
