Jonah's POV:
I saw my wife Celine and our baby in the front row by the Sharks net. I skated over to her and waved at Lydia Ramona Gadjovich, our daughter. I gave her a kiss through the glass and "I think you love her more than me Jonah." She said and I said "No, I love you both equally." She smiled and blew me a quick kiss before I had to go back to the locker room. I said goodbye to my daughter and headed to the locker room with Thornton behind me. "you two are cute together, When are we gonna meet Lydia?" He said "Soon Joe, I have to talk to her after the game tonight and discuss when it's going to happen." He smiled and said "I'm glad your happy Gadjovich, but we have a game to win." I chuckled and we got ready for the game. I wanted to make Celine and Lydia proud, we took our spots on the bench and waited for the game to start. We listened to the national anthem and took the ice for the opening face off. We headed down the ice and assisted with a goal, I looked at Celine and she was smiling. Lydia was cheering and I skated down the bench and high fived everyone, at the end of the first period we were winning 2-0. "Looks like mama might have an issue." Logan said I turned around and saw a guy trying to flirt with Celine, "oh hell no, security can you go get my wife and child and bring them here?" He nodded and a few minutes later, Celine and Lydia were standing in the hallway outside of the locker room together. Celine saw me and said "Jonah!" She ran in my direction and she hugged me tightly, "Baby, are you ok?!?" I asked while hugging back "I need to stay here during the games." I chuckled "good job tho" "Thanks, and when can Lydia meet the team? Joe has asked me a million times." I asked "we can do it after the game if you want babe, it's up to you." I smiled "Liddy you ready to meet your uncles tonight?" She babbled in her baby voice "I'll take that as a yes then, your so cute." I said and I pinched her cheek. "Jonah! Stop it!" "what she's got chubby cheeks and it's cute!" Celine smiled and said "Go back to the locker room before you get in trouble, Jonah." I smiled and kissed her, "bye baby, I'll see you after the game." I said and I kissed Lydia's cheek and said "I'll see you after the game cutie." She babbled in response and I headed out to the ice. I smiled because my two favorite people are here to watch me play. "Celine you ready to bring Lydia in to meet the team?" "yep we're ready." She said and we walked in with our daughter. "Guys meet Lydia Ramona Gadjovich, our daughter." "Aw she's so cute! Are we gonna be her uncles?" Nick Bonino said and I nodded "yep, you are." I said. They all gushed about her and I saw Celine smiling at me. "what are you smiling at cutie?" I said "You and your daughter, I think that was a really good idea, Jonah." I looked at her and kissed her, we broke apart about two Minutes later. "are you guys gonna make another child in the locker room? If you are I'm leaving." Kevin said and we both blushed in embarrassment. "no but we are leaving because Lydia is tired." I said as we were walking out "sure she's tired" Noah said.TIME SKIP:
No one's POV:
Celine and Jonah looked at their daughter and she was fast asleep, Celine got her in the car and headed home. Jonah carried Lydia upstairs and Celine went to go take a shower. Jonah laid Lydia down in her bed and kissed her forehead, "Good night sweetie, daddy loves you." He said and then he headed back to the bedroom and saw Celine laying in bed. He got in bed beside her and wrapped my arms around her waist. I said "I'm so glad you're my wife Celine." She smiled and kissed him, he kissed back and played with her hair. She laid on his chest and fell asleep, Jonah smiled and fell asleep shortly afterwards. What a great day this was.
