🖤Katsuki & Twin Sister Reader- Broken Promise🖤

Basically, Katsuki was attacked by the Sludge Villain, but All Might wasn't there.

Also, to go with this Oneshot, the Reader is a female version of Masaru. I apologize to the people who aren't like him personality wise, or who aren't female!

Age: 14

Grade: Third Year, Aldera Junior High

Life had been good. Katsu was your twin brother and you wouldn't have it any other way.

You two were polar opposites, but somehow worked. You looked like Masaru, Katsu looked like Mitsuki. He was Satan when he was in a bad mood and a devil when he wasn't. But you, you were an angel at all times. You were well known and liked in your school, your popularity reaching the max. He was well known and popular too, but unfortunately not very likable. Basically, he took on Mitsuki's personality and you took on Masaru's, but to more extremity.

From the start, you two had a strong connection. It was unique, to say the least, and he was the perfect tsundere and protective brother.

He held you and comforted you when you were sad. Vice versa.

He took care of you when you were sick. You tried to care for him, but would in the most part get pushed away because he didn't want to get you sick too.

He beat up anyone who even dared look at you funny. You couldn't, even though you wish you could.

He promised he would protect you forever. You promised you would love him forever.

So why was it that he broke that promise?

Y/N was in the lunch line with F/N (Friend Name), her voice blanketed by the noise in the cafeteria when a girl with soft, mouse brown hair suddenly ran into her. Y/N steadied her and looked at her with a kind smile.

"Hana-kohai! It's so nice to see you again- are you alright? Be more careful next time, sweetie."

She treated the first and second years like her children, but they enjoyed the attention. The third years were more like her siblings. Y/N didn't know anyone very well other than her small group of friends. However, she knew everyone's personal names, and used them. 

She also felt like it was her responsibility to be friendly with everyone in the school, which she easily accomplished. Her easy go-to attitude earned her many admirers (and creeps, which your brother easily took care of ;D).

"I-I'm alright! Y/N-senpai, you need to come now- it's urgent!" Y/N tensed up at those words. Was someone in danger? Hurt? Fighting? Was there a villain? Someone ill?

"Of course, Kohai. Where do I need to-?" 

Hana was already running outside. Y/N gave a quick apology to F/N for leaving and followed her.

...

"Hana-kohai?"

Hana had taken out her phone, swiping furiously through Google and clicking on a link. When the screen loaded, she shakily handed the phone over to Y/N.

"H-here..."

Y/N glanced at her questioningly before looking at the screen.

"Sludge Villain Attacks and Kills Middle Schooler Bakugou Katsuki"

Y/N's whole world spun around her as she dropped the phone, pressing her hands up to her face in a horrified trance.

"W-what? No, no, this c-can't be real... Hana, this isn't funny-"

Hana hugged her, trembling. 

"I'm so sorry, Y/N-senpai..."

You stood at your brother's grave, numbly holding the roses that he once claimed to be his favorite flower. Masaru and Mitsuki had long since left you alone to mourn his death, both having tears stream down their faces. You just stood there in painful silence as you imagined what kind of future he could've had.

He could've gotten into UA. He could've become a hero. He never even got to go to that new cat cafe that just opened up with you. 

He'll never be able to kick someone's ass for you again. You'll never be able to actually hear him say, "I love you". He won't be there to hug you or to comfort you, never again. You'll never be able to hear his voice, or see him again.'

You threw the roses against his grave and broke down sobbing.

"Why did you break our promise?"
