3 weeks later
Maria tapped her fingers against the armrest of her airplane seat as she watched a movie. Her mama walked over to her row and offered her a milanessa sand which for dinner that Maria gratefully accepted. Then from a speaker a voice sounded. "Folks we apologize but we will be expecting heavy turbulence for the next 30 minutes." Maria was shaken and in fear curled up in her seat tightening her seatbelt.
The next morning.
"Folks we will be landing in approximately 15 minutes so please buckle your seatbelts and thanks for flying on American Airlines." 30 minutes later Maria and her family were walking through the airport looking for their friend's cab that was coming to pick them up. During the car ride to their new apartment Maria called her friend from back home telling them how much she already missed them.
