xx. missed you--mountain (ghost b.c.)

It's been a rough day. You've been working all day for Sister Imperator and Nihil's delightful ghost, who are both annoying as hell when they're mad at each other for an entire day. 

It took actual effort for you to eat dinner because you were so exhausted, but at least you're off the clock now and there's time to rest.

Now listen, you're a strong, independent sibling of sin who don't necessarily need no man. 

But today you really miss a certain ghoul. 

You just started dating Mountain, so all of this is very new, but all you want to do is cuddle with him. As you grab a stick of gum from your pocket, you go through all the possible places Mountain could be. It's been rainy and overcast today...he probably won't be at his spot in the garden. You checked the common room earlier, he's not there. 

Hm, you stop at an intersection of hallways. Am I, like, allowed to go to his quarters? 

The quarters' hallway beckons you to move toward it. You know in your gut that Mountain is in his room. It's not worth it to keep looking around. Slowly, you stalk towards Mountain's door and tap your knuckles against it. 

Mountain comes to the door immediately and straightens his back as he sees its you. 

"Y/n, hey," he greets with a smile. "What's up?"

"I just...missed you a lot today," you tell him. "I was wondering if we could hang out for a bit?"

"Of course," Mountain grins and lets you into his quarters. He leads you to his couch where you promptly cuddle into him as soon as he sits down. He wraps his arms around you and gently runs his fingers over your arms and back. Mountain is the most comfortable ghoul in existence. This is heaven. He smells like a forest and lavender. Even his shirt is soft. You lay yourself fully on his chest and hold him at his waist, making him purr a little bit. 

"I missed you too today, y'know," Mountain whispers.
