Edmund's POV:

I sat on a bench in the underground station next to my three siblings.

"You're welcome." I said to Peter. He had just gotten into another fight and I helped him before it was broken up by soldiers.

"I had it sorted." Peter scoffed getting up.

"What was it this time?" Susan sighed fed up with Peter getting into so may fights.

"He bumped me." Peter said turning to look at us.

"So you hit him?" Lucy gasped shocked.

"No. After he bumped me he tried to make me apologise. That's when I hit him." Peter explained.

"Really, Peter? Is it that hard just to walk away?" Susan asked sarcastically.

"I shouldn't have to. I mean, don't you ever get tired of being treated like a kid?" Peter asked.

"Um, we are kids." I chuckled.

"Well, I wasn't always. It's been a year, how long does he expect us to wait?" Peter asked sitting back down between Lucy and I.

"I think it's time to accept the fact that we live here. There's no use pretending any different." Susan said folding her arms.

I looked down at my wedding ring, which now finally fit on my finger again, thinking of (Y/n).

"Pretend you're talking to me." Susan said.

"We are talking to you." I pointed out.

"Ow!" Lucy yelled jumping off the bench.

"Quiet, Lu." Susan said.

"Something pinched me!" Lucy yelled pointing at the bench.

"Hey! Stop pulling!" Peter yelled at me standing up.

"I'm no touching you." I defended confused.

"Look, would all of you just..." Susan said but then her and I felt something pinch us and we both stood up. "What is that?"

"It feels like magic." Lucy said smiling.

"Quick everyone hold hands." Susan said.

"I'm not holding your hand!" I yelled at Peter.

"Just.." Peter said grabbing my hand.

All the tiles in the walls started coming off and the train went faster.

Paper was flying everywhere.

The station was being pulled away.

We could see a beach behind the train.

The train disappeared and we were now in a cave by the sea.

We walked out and looked around us.

Lucy and Susan looked at each other and smiled before running towards the see.

Peter and I did too.

All of us were trimming to take off ours blazers, scarves, hats and shoes before we got into the water.

"Shame you're not as quick as me, Ed!" Peter yelled to me as he ran infront of me.

"Last one in's a rotten egg!" Susan shouted.

We started splashing water on each other.

I then looked up to the cliff and saw ruins scattered along the top of it.

"Ed? Ed!" Susan yelled, trying to gain my attention.

"What is it?" Peter asked.

"Where do you suppose we are?" I asked.

"Well, where do you think?" Peter asked.

"Well, I don't remember any ruins in Narnia." I said and we all looked towards the ruins.

We went up to explore the ruins.

I then saw Susan with a golden chess piece in her hand. That was (Y/n)' s favourite, she always used it to cheat.

"Hey, that's mine. From my chess set." I said pointing to it.

"Which chess set?" Peter asked. This absolute idiot.

"Well, I didn't exactly have a solid gold chess set in Finchley, did I?" I responded taking the chess piece from Susan's hand and inspecting it.

"Can't be." Lucy said walking somewhere us following. "Don't you see?"

"What?" Peter asked.

She stood him in-front of something made of stone now in ruin.

"Imagine walls." She said then walked over to Susan. And placed her beside him.

I stood at the other side of Peter.

"And columns, there." She said pointing the the columns now in ruin.

She then stood beside Susan.

"And a glass roof." She said.

I looked around and realised.

"Cair Paravel." Peter said.

I looked at the empty spot beside me.

If this really is Cair Paravel, then what happened to it? Why isn't (Y/n) here? And where is she now?
