Narrator's POV
Jasper, Nevada. The Entertainment Capital of the World. Everything seemed normal in the small, quiet town until a strange portal opened up in the sky, a teenage girl falling through it.
Sari's POV
I screamed as I tried to get my jetpack to work. Eventually, I was able to get it to transform into a moped, and I rode off into town.
As I made my way through, I sensed another Cybertronian energy signature not unlike my own. I traced it to a blue Kawasaki Ninja 250R. The motorcycle was parked at a drive-in restaurant called KO Burger. That's when a young boy around my age walked out of the restaurant.
"Hey, mom, the boy said, "I just got off.... No, I'm not going to the dance.... Experience suggests I should never cut a rug. Unless I'm installing carpet.... Be careful? Seriously? This is Jasper...." He then looked at the motorcycle. "I love you. I love you too, mom, I gotta run." After ending the awkward phone call, he walked up to Arcee. "Hello, beautiful. Where have you been all my life? Nice It may take a few K.O. paychecks, But I am gonna own a ride like you someday."
"Are you talking to your motorcycle?" a girl asked as she and her friend giggled.
"My motorcycle? No, I mean, yes, yes! It's mine, but I-I'm not talking... Well, to you, I-I am. How's things, Sierra? Take you for a spin sometime?"
"Come on, smooth operator, Wrap it up," I heard Arcee say. Looking back, I saw two ominous purple Cadillacs.
"You know my name?" Sierra asked. "We're in homeroom together, the boy responded. "I'm Jack, Jack Darby."
Suddenly, the Cadillacs revved their engines, charging straight towards us. Sierra and her friend got out of the way, as did I.
"Scrap!" Arcee exclaimed as she revved her own engine, charging towards the twins. Jack was holding on for dear life.
"WHOA!" he screamed. Powering up my scooter, I began to follow them.
We made our way to the freeway, where the new objective was to try and evade our pursuers. Who began shooting at us. My immediate response was to transform into my robot form, providing extra protection.
"Why are those guys shooting at us?" I heard Jack ask.
"There's no us, kid," the femme responded. "And they're no guys."
Suddenly, a black and yellow Chevrolet Camaro came up, slamming into the Cadillacs and causing them to spin out.
"Friend of yours?" Jack asked.
"Family," Arcee responded softly.
"That's reassuring," I quipped. "I'm Sari, by the way."
"Sorry for what?" the motorcycle asked, confused. "You didn't do anything wrong."
"No, that's my name," I clarified with a small chuckle.
"Ohhhh," the two responded.
We then hooked a right, heading down a steep slope until we reached a drainage canal. A young boy had been playing with his RC car until he saw us, dropping the remote.
"Whoa," he said.
"You have no idea," Jack responded.
Just then, the Cadillacs took the slope, transforming in midair. Spotting us, the Vehicons pointed their blasters at us. That's when Arcee transformed.
"This ends here, Cons," she said before rushing towards her enemies.
"What are they?" Raf asked
"Talking cars that turn into robots," Jack tried to explain.
