I stood at the throne room, waiting for Demetre to arrive with Luke. I was honestly starting to regret my choice but I knew sticking by it would be the best and I'll be saving Luke some pain. I also noticed that Dionysus became nice and all happy, it disturbed me but I was happy that I influenced it in a way.
When I saw Luke's face all those thoughts left. He looked really tough and tired, making me feel sympathetic.
"Take this pathetic thing away from me darling" Demtre pushed Luke towards me and I grabbed him before he had the chance to crash against the floor. "Bye bye Maeve" my grandmother smiled and left without a further word.
"Luke." I said sternly. "Look into my eyes Luke Castellan." I demanded. He then looked into my eyes. I then slapped him and punched him. "You absolute idiot." I expressed. Luke didn't even protest. "But you used to be my absolute idiot" I mumbled and pulled him into a small hug.
"Y-you're not mad?" He sobbed out. I shut my eyes as tears prickled at my eyes.
"No, just extremely disappointed" I answered. He then continued apologising and I let him. I wanted to hear him beg for mercy (not like that!) but I also didn't want him to suffer at my hand.

Luke just walked into camp and got jumped by an angry Thalia Immediately. "YOU TRAITOR ASSHOLE" she yelled as she slapped him, I pulled her off.
"Thalia." I stated in a warning tone. She seemed to grab the hint and backed up. "Thalia, please just give it some time before anyone beats him up. I want to see if he can redeem himself" I admitted. The daughter of Zeus hesitantly nodded. I gave her a smile before an arm found its way around my shoulders. I turned to see a concerned Leo.
"You okay?" He whispered in my ear gently before pressing a light kiss to my cheek. I nodded and smiled back at him. Our little moments got interrupted by Annabeth's glare.
"Percy, take Luke to Chiron and DO NOT beat him up" I warned Percy and he nodded, glaring at Luke with disgust. The two then started walking away in silence and I turned to Leo. "Did I make the right choice?" I asked.
"You made the choice most suitable for Nicole so I guess we'll have to see if it's a good one" he kissed my temple. I gave him a sure smile before we walked hand in hand to the Hades cabin.
I love Leo Valdes so much.
