I do not own Rex or any of the characters following the cast below or mentions of past plots. 

You will come across the term'Evo' often in the story so it stands for Exponentially Variegated Organism. It's when "nanites" (which are small as cells but are little machines) randomly activate inside their hosts (human or animal) giving them powerful abilities. But it usually mutates them into monsters that are most times, mindless and destructive. Rex and Bobo are a few of the exceptions.
