You and your soulmates have your past memories back, said a female voice, Wei Wuxian, you are not alone this time. You have people who will listen to you, and you have been given a second chance. Do not let the pain stop you from making things right, and talk with your family.

Wei Wuxian slowly opened his eyes and tears were rolling down his cheeks. He scanned the room he was in once his vision cleared. He was in a room at the infirmary of Cloud Recesses. He remembers being in pain because of a dream he had. He tripped over Lan Wangji and he helped Wuxian.

"Lan Zhan?" Wei Wuxian whispered as he looked around the room. He then sat up and spoke louder, "Lan Zhan?!"

He stood up too quickly and almost fell to the floor but was suddenly grabbed by a steady but strong hand, "Wuxian?" The person said.

"Zewu Jun?" He asked.

"It's alright, you have been asleep for four days now," he said, "try not to push yourself."

Lan Xichen helped Wei Wuxian stand. Wuxian then placed a hand on Lan Xichen's chest, "this is real right? You're real?"

"Of course," he said taking his hand, "do you remember anything."

"Zewu Jun...I remember everything....I even remember I died...how am I back here? Some woman spoke to me saying I have people who know my past and they will help me...where is Lan Zhan?" He asked.

Lan Xichen helped Wuxian sit down on the bed, "Wangji is fine, he passed out too, and has woken up earlier this morning. He told me that he remembers everything too. I told him to rest for a bit. And your sister and I are the ones who remember. We shared with your family about the past and we will not let those things happen again, Wuxian."

Wuxian nodded and started crying again. He then pulled Lan Xichen in for a hug. Xichen sat beside him and just comforted him.

"He died too, didn't he?" Wuxian asked in a whisper.

"Yes," Xichen replied.

"Our son? We had a son..." Wuxian said, "A'Yuan."

"I know, and I am so sorry," Xichen said.

"Zewu Jun, I didn't want to use that method but I had no choice. Was I really a bad person?" Wuxian asked.

"No, you are the most amazing and most selfless person I know," Xichen said, "it was your privacy to begin with but we made it difficult for you. I was basically part of the reason you and my brother died. I am trying to do what I can to make things right."

"You didn't know," Wuxian said.

"No, but it still doesn't give me or anyone else the excuse to frame you," Xichen said.

"Frame me?" Wuxian asked, "I was framed?"

"You never lost control, someone just took it away from you," Xichen said.

"Jin Zixuan?"

"There was a second flute," Xichen told him.

"Second flute?" Wuxian repeated and thought back.

"Do you remember what happened to cause you to pass out?" Xichen asked.

"I was in the library trying to find a distraction because I had a nightmare that night before. The dream was about Lotus Pier...so much blood, and bodies...I can still smell it," Wuxian answered, "my chest started hurting so I was going to try to find either you or my sister but I tripped over Lan Zhan by accident. He helped me."

"He cares about you," Xichen said.

"You said he remembers," Wuxian said.

Xichen nodded.

"Can I see him? Please?" Wuxian asked.

Lan Xichen nodded as a smile appeared on face. He helped Wuxian over to Wangji's room of the infirmary. Wangji was meditating on his bed, so Xichen left the two be.

"Lan Zhan?" Wuxian asked.

Lan Wangji opened his eyes pretty quickly, "Wei Ying, you are awake."

Wuxian went over to him and hugged him, "I remember it all...I was told you do too," he said.

Lan Wangji pulled Wuxian to his lap, "I remember...Wei Ying, can I ask you something?"

"What?" He asked looking up at him.

"We bonded last time but this time, I want to do this right. Will you marry me, Wei Ying?" He asked.

Wei Wuxian smiled, "I will say yes but I have a condition."

"Jasmine can come stay here," Wangji told him.

Wuxian giggled, "thanks, but that wasn't my condition."

"What is it then?" He asked.

"I want you to kiss me first," Wuxian told him, "and I will say yes."

Lan Wangji smirked as he held Wuxian's face and kissed him. To Wuxian he remembered the feeling of Wangji's lips. Having his kiss again, Wuxian felt at home. This was his favorite. Being able to have Wangji again. Wei Wuxian wrapped his arms around Wangji neck as Wangji dropped his hands and wrapped them around Wuxian's waist.

Wuxian suddenly pulled away, "wait," he said.

"What?" Wangji asked.

"When I first got here, it was like my sister and your brother tried to get us to hand out," Wuxian said.

"My brother new everything from the past, and your sister had some memories. So if they had planned to get us together again...it technically worked," Wangji told him.

Wuxian nodded, and rested his head on Wangji's shoulder, "Lan Zhan, these lectures are still happening, and we have like five months yet. I do not know if I can go through this all again."

"People have knowledge now, and we all will make sure it does not," Wangji told him.

"So, we now need to talk to everyone about a proposal," Wuxian said, "but I do not want to move right now. I'm so comfortable."

Lan Wangji smiled, "we will speak with them later. You can sit here as long as you want," he said.

Wuxian giggled and kissed Wangji on the jaw, "I'm happy that I have you back...as for A'Yuan...we will have to wait."

"He will be back," Wangji assured him, "but we will be careful for now until this war is over."

"So, we won't be intimate?" Wuxian asked.

"Not now, so impatient," Wangji said.

Wuxian giggled, "I don't mind. Do I have to take what girls take, what some special tea," he said.

"You could, but for now, focus on feeling better," Wangji told him.
