New Staff

After a grueling final round of the Sports Festival, the students of UA were given a bit of time off to recuperate and see where to go next in their training. During this, Mina had brought Izuku to a therapy session run by Hound Dog with members of UA's students in attendance. Here, he explains the tragic tale of Queen Otohime's death. Meanwhile, Shyarly tells the girls of the Mermaid Cafe the exact same story in hopes for them to have a better understanding of his personal struggles. Once done, Izuku is told by Hound Dog that in order for him to truly begin healing, he must accept the fact that his late mother's death was not his own fault.

Izuku POV:

The morning came for me and everyone with it starting somewhat normal. I walked out of our shared room and went right outside to do some training. When I was done, I went shower to try and wash my body and wake up a little. I pulled my clothes off and began the shower to feel the warm water come on my body. 'This feels nice.'

"Room for one more?" I glanced back to see Wanda come in with a towel covering her body for the moment.

"All the power to you." Wanda smiled at this before placing her towel to the side and sharing the shower with me to enjoy the warmth.

"This is nice. You need someone to wash your back?" I thought about this before backing up a little to avoid Wanda touching my burn mark on my back. "It's ok. I won't make it a big deal on your burn." I was going to say no, but she didn't want to take no for an answer.

"...Fine." I pull up a stool to sit down and let Wanda kneel down and clean my back. While we did this, I took a bit of notice on some of her 'human' features to be a bit surprised. "For an animal, you seem to be really closer to a human in some aspects."

"Minks are a unique form of an animal that is able to sleep with other species like lesser Minks and fishmen if we genuinely desire. Though we are animals in all technicality, we can't create offspring with actual animals." I was surprised with this since I never saw the complication with this to smirk.

'Never saw this coming. I honestly thought Minks were kinda like a species that being with others was almost next to impossible to make kids.'

Wanda soon began hugging my back to confuse me a bit. I was going to say something before she explained it. "We found out yesterday about the scars on your hands." She reached over to hold my hands to grab and look at them. "So much pain given to someone who doesn't deserve any of this. But these hands, they stood up for what your people want. You're such a good person."

"...I'm not a good person."

"You say that all the time and you try to pretend you aren't, but you really are in reality. You work hard for everyone in your kingdom. You take so much self blame when you don't deserve it. Even when you act like you hate everyone here, you don't act on it. Personally, I think you're far nicer than you think you are. You just don't want to admit it." I blushed a bit at this with Wanda resting her head on my shoulder and press her body up against me while wrapping her arms around my chest. "And it's that kindness that you give that I love about you."

"Wanda..." I turned to her and looked into her eyes before she brushed her cheek on mine. 'I...I kinda like this.'

"HEY! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?" I heard a shout from Ulti before being tackled and feeling what I could only think was her chest or twin pairs of oversized mochi or something. "You think you'll get ahead of me!? I'm still pissed off that Shyarly got to Izuku before me!"

"She was his first lover. Can't exactly argue with that. Besides. Nothing happened." Wanda tried to deescalate the situation with Ulti looking at me with some irritation.
