after 626 Arcane showed the Arc Family, beacon staff & students footage of the flood & files of what they look like, let's just say that they were horrified at what they saw as saphron was comforting a crying adrian and terra fainted before jaune caught his sister-in-law while his sisters were frozen in fear after seeing the process of a flood infecting a living human or alien, same goes with teams RWBY, CFVY & CRDL
Dove: ok, is it just me or is anyone else regretting asking about the flood?
he asked as everyone said they also regretted asking that question about the flood
Nicholas: but arcane, are they still around or (grows fearful face) are they being held at your installation?
he asked as everyone else also grew a fearful face
Arcane: before my maker passed on, he made sure that the flood won't spread to this planet due to wanting this planet thrive like the rest of the galaxy, in other words, nope they're not at my installation at all, they don't even exist anymore.

as they see the hologram, everyone was awestruck at seeing how big the ark is as oobleck fixed his glasses and smiled

Arcane: why yes it can be. the ark's atmosphere is 100% breathable for any life form, even humans & faunas.
while arcane & weiss were talking, nicholas walked up to jaune
Nicholas: son, after what you, your team & arcane told us about where our family came from and who started it, even your decision to rebuild the forerunners, i accept your decision, we all do.

after team JNPR & arcane said their goodbyes and left beacon academy, we see them being led to a forerunner weapons forge and see a forerunner, who is titled ''BLACKSMITH'', looking at the weapons jaune & his team gave to him, hoping that they'll be upgraded with forerunner technology
Blacksmith: fine craftsmanship on Arc's family blade, even his red haired mate's weapon is genuine & sturdy...
as he said ''mate'', it made phyrra blush at hearing that word and sees Blacksmith look at jaune & his team
Blacksmith: give me one hour to upgrade these weapons, Sire. but i must warn you, after 10 thousand years of being in stasis, i'm a little rusty.
he said as jaune nodded
Jaune: understandable.
he said as he and his team left the forge and blacksmith started upgrading team JNPR's weapons while blacksmith was smiling
Blacksmith: huh, arc's descendant isn't so bad...i think he'll make a great leader of the forerunners.
he said while working on the weapons
