Chapter 6: "Bonding"

—————-The Morning after kidnapping———

Third Person POV:
It was the morning after the kidnapping. The humans and the giants were both super exhausted and had taken a long nap. The humans were still fast asleep, when a loud knocking sound began to circulate in the house. "It is time to wake up!!!" A slightly muffled, but loud enough voice shouted from the outside. "Can we sleep for a little longer?" Callie asked. "Most of us are still very tired." She added before grabbing her blanket and pulling it back over her.

Jake's POV:
"Why won't they wake up?" I asked, getting super frustrated. "Let them rest, they've had a rough night and day yesterday." Alan said, causing me to roll my eyes. "But if they are to have breakfast, they should learn to wake up at the same time as us." I protested. "We can just save them a portion of our breakfast and give it to them later." My oldest brother offered. "That's just wayy to nice. They should be scared of us." I protested. "Relax, they won't escape." Alan said, folding his arms. "You don't know that." I retaliated. Sometimes I wish I had as much patience as my brothers, especially Alan. The amount of patience you must have when being the oldest and everyone looks up to you as a leader. I am in no way a leader. My patience with the humans is very thin...for now.

Callie's POV:
Why was Jake soo set on making us wake up at this hour, most of us had barely gotten any rest as it took sometime for us to accept the fact, that we've been kidnapped and that we'd have to get used to that. Get used to the fact, that we'd have to stay with six giant boys for the rest of our—-no, no....this can't be the end! Maybe there is a way we could escape? Perhaps I can figure out a plan. I don't know how safe me or the others are, whilst surrounded by them. And I will never let anything or anyone hurt my friends.
"Girls, it is time to wake up!" Peter called out. Great...they are not going to give up that easily. "S-should we go out?" Astrid asked, sitting up. "I don't know-" Before I could finish my sentence, Mr. Jerk-face began shouting again:"YOU BETTER COME OUT...OR ELSE!!"
I rolled my eyes. Why does he have to resort to threats. Is it the only language he speaks? "We're coming..."Hyun-a obliged in fear, getting up from her bed and slowly heading down. Soon everyone, including me, followed her out. "1-2-3-4-5-6.....good, you're all here." Jake said, seeming satisfied. "Alright, who's ready for breakfast?" Alan interfered. None of us had really eaten since before getting kidnapped and soon enough, we all raised our hands in response. "You don't have to raise your hands." Alan chuckled. "We're not in school."

Alan's POV:
When I noticed all the girls raising their hands, I couldn't help, but chuckle in response: "You don't have to raise your hands." I continued to chuckle. "We're not in school." I then proceeded to carefully scoop Hyun-a into my hand and turned to my brothers: "Why don't you all carry your respected human to the kitchen." I said.

Meghan's POV
"Come on, Meghan." Henry spoke, holding his hand out for me to step on. "No way!!!" I protested. "I really don't want to have to resort to grabbing you, soo please can you climb on?" He asked. Despite my many protests, he was still being very patient with me. I took a deep breath and slowly climbed onto his hand, closing my eyes as I waited for him to lift me up. "What are you doing?" Henry asked, slightly confused. "I-i am afraid of heights." I confessed as I noticed his features gradually soften. "D-don't worry, I won't drop you." He said, holding me in a more protective manner.

Mia's POV:
I stared at the huge hand, that was in front of me, palm up. "It's alright, I won't hurt you." Peter spoke, giving me a reassuring smile. I carefully stepped onto his palm and sat in the middle. "Ready?" He asked as I nodded, waiting to be lifted up.

Astrid's POV:
I watched as Dylan's huge hand came towards me, wrapping his huge fingers around my body. I screamed as I felt myself being lifted up. "Don't worry, you're completely safe" He said, as he began humming a soft melody to calm me down.

Nina's POV:
I watched as Luke carefully placed his hand in front of me. I carefully backed off as it came closer. "Don't worry, you're completely safe...I won't hurt you." He said, smiling at me, softly. I carefully climbed on, not wanting to anger the giant.

Callie's POV:
I watched as all my friends got picked up by their respected giants. It was my turn now. I watched as Jake's huge face was looming over me. "Alright, I am going to pick up now." Jake spoke as he reached his hand towards me, scooping me up. I had to admit, his grip on me was very tight. "Could you please loosen your grip? You're hurting me." I pleaded. "You'll have to deal with that. Now, let's go to the kitchen before the food gets cold." The giant answered, carrying me into the kitchen. What a jerk.

Third Person POV:
After the giants had carried the humans to the kitchen, they brought over the meal they had made earlier. It consisted of pancakes with maple syrup and berries, that at the girls' perpective were pretty enormous. The oldest carried the plate and placed it on the table, where the girls sat. They all stared at the plate as if it had come from heaven. "Enjoy your meal." The boys spoke in unison.

Astrid's POV:
Have to admit the pancakes tasted absolutely delicious. I had never tried anything like that before. "I've never tried a pancake this delicious before." Hyun-a spoke, eating the piece she had ripped from the pancake as the whole plate would have been impossible to eat for even all six of us combined. "Soo...umm, after you're done, would you like to play truth or dare?" Dylan asked, turning to us. "I-i guess." I answered. "I guess it wouldn't hurt, right girls?" Meghan asked, causing the others to nod in agreement

Callie's POV:
"Alright...umm...Astrid...truth or dare?" Meghan asked. "Truth.." she answered. What a coward. "Have you ever said something stupid accidentally?" Meghan smirked. "Umm...maybe." Astrid responded. "During one of the lectures...I was trying to answer a question and ended up blurting out something completely unrelated..." I couldn't contain my laughter. "Callie, truth or dare?" Astrid suddenly asked. "Dare." I answered. "Tell Jake, that he's hot." She whispered into my ear. "What...no..No! I am not doing that." I protested. "You have to, that's how the game works." Astrid insisted, making me roll my eyes In annoyance. "Finee...I'll do it." I said, finally giving in. I took a deep breath and spoke: "Jake...you're ummm pret-ty h-hot." I was mentally slapping myself the whole time I was doing this dare. I cannot even describe how embarrassing it was. "Is this a dare or are you for real?" Jake asked "It's a dare....but, if you get a little more polite, maybe I'll actually change my mind about you." I answered. I then felt myself being lifted off the floor we were all sitting on and came right in front of Jake's huge face. "I am not rude, you are just annoying." He spit, causing me to do mentally face palm: "You are genuinely being rude to not only me, but the others as well. I saw how you talked to Alan." I called him out. Suddenly I felt a pang of pain pulse through my ribcage. Looks like someone doesn't like being called out on his behavior. He is soo lucky I am not Hyun-a. She would have called him out in a wayy worse and painful way. She knows her way with words pretty well. "Jake, stop! You're hurting her!" I heard Peter say. "Exactly the point of squeezing her." Jake answered. "But she's clearly struggling to breathe. If you don't stop, you could kill her." Alan butted in with a stern tone. Jake sighed as he finally placed me back on the floor. I would ran behind one of the girls here and then, but I couldn't let him win. I had to stand my ground.
"Alright...ummm, Meghan truth or dare?" I asked. "Truth." She answered, what a coward. "What do you think of Henry?" I asked, giving her a little smirk. "He's a nice guy...I guess. Slightly scary, but still..." Meghan answered, causing Henry to look towards her with a slightly shocked face expression. "Heh...we should play this game more often." Henry awkwardly laughed, causing Meghan to roll her eyes

Nina's POV:
After the day had passed, we found ourselves back in the "doll" house. As much as these boys were trying to be nice....well except for Jake...He is being an absolute jerk, I don't really want to stay here till the end of my life. As if having read my mind, Callie sprung out of her bed: "I am sorry girls, but I cannot stay here for much longer. I cannot deal with Mr.Jerkface...and the others."She whispered, trying to make sure it wouldn't be audible to the giants. "And what exactly do you suggest we do?" Hyun-a asked, folding her arms. "I say we escape." Callie suggested. "And how do we do that?" I asked. "I already have a plan..."
