"Oh no I agree, BloodGod looks pretentious as fuck!" Tubbo agrees. "The royal looking robes and his general body language doesn't help his case."

Tubbo is wrong a lot, once he told Tommy he was gonna be getting a bunch of palistrum wood, enough to make the three of them their own palismen, in reality there wasn't even enough for one of them. This was not one of those times. Infact quite the opposite! He was agreeing with Tommys obviously correct and astute observation.

"EXACTLY!! He looks like the kinda guy to remind the teacher about homework!" He replies.

"That Bard guy was cool though." Ranboo piped up from where he was towering over the shorter boys. "Tommy, didn't you say you met him? What's he like?"

"Not sure, couldn't get a good read on the guy if I'm being honest. He did say the other guys had him on crowd control though, I also apparently owe him a favour too." Tommy explains. To be fair, the conversation, if you could even call it that, only lasted about two minutes. "So yeah, songbird is cool I guess."

"What's that about songbird?" An unfamiliar voice calls from behind the trio. Turning around, they find a boy about two years older than the boys. Somehow he was almost taller than Ranboo. He was wearing a bard uniform and perched atop his left shoulder was what looked like a little blue sheep (Tommy couldn't tell though, he had never seen one due to it being from a different realm to where they all heil) presumably his palisman. His hair was a cascade of brunette curls with dyed red tips, somewhat covering his sweet bronze eyes and mostly tucked away by a maroon beanie.

"Just said he was alright, what's it to you?" Tommy says nonchalantly.

The bard laughed. "Oh nothing, just thought he was cool, he's the only bard with any sort of spotlight on him for more than just the tunes, he's got peoples eyes on him because he's actually good at what he does. People haven't usually realised how powerful bard magic can be until now and it's awesome."

He smiled, proud of the fact he apparently looks up to the real life equivalent of a supervillain. To be fair to him though, he makes a good point about how looked down upon bard magic is. Illusions are too, between them they're just seen as theatrical covens when they can be so much more!

"Agreed, he is really doing a lot for bards." Tommy nods. "What's your name then, boss man?"

"Willy, Willy Wilson. You can just call me Wil though," he answers, happy to have someone agree that his magic is more than just the music aspect of it when it is by far one of the most versatile covens.

"I'm Tommy, this is Tubbo and Ranboo." He tells the taller, gesturing to his friends. "Wanna sit with us."

Probably not the best idea to invite some random guy to listen in to the group's conversations. Especially considering how their conversations can be extremely weird and/or confidential. Should be ok though, Tommy hopes, what's the worst that can happen?

"Sure I guess." He says, tagging along with the boys, "so what do you think about his buddies, CrowFather and BloodGod?"

"I'm not sure anyone's really seen much of CrowFather, he looks cool though, how'd you think the harpy stuff works?" Ranboo replies, enquiring to the group.

"Illusions probably. How else would he do that shit?" Tommy responds.

"Might be a curse, we were learning about them the other day, apparently when it comes to beast based curses, if you can come to terms with it or 'tame' the beast, you can kinda become a half witch, half beast thing," Tubbo adds.

"I- I think Tommy might be right. Illusions make way more sense, like no one has seen him fly or anything." He responds, a slight nervousness seeping into his voice, "besides, I imagine they'd be at least a little more witch-like, he looks practically bipedal."

"Fair enough" Tommy smiles, this guy had more brains than he realised originally. He was gonna be a great addition to the group if he stayed, probably a short lived friendship but it'd be cool, he thought.

"You've gotta agree BloodGod looks like a fucking wanker! He wears royal robes and literally called himself a god. What a pretentious fuck!" Tubbo was right again, he was on a roll today!

Wil burst out laughing, maybe laughing isn't the right word, wheezing then. He was wheezing like he was about to die. He looks like someone had landed a well-placed punch to his gut.

"Oh my god why did that make me laugh so hard?! My ribs hurt from that!" He says, still giggling at it. Tubbo was right, Willy thought, on all accounts infact. He might be a liability to them with the unnatural intuition. It's worrying, so he resolves to give his father a heads up later.

After what feels like an eternity of walking, they finally get to their spot. This was where Tommy and Ranboo first met. Believe it or not, he didn't initially like Ranboo, only coming round to him when they had to sit together at lunch when Tubbo was ill. They didn't have any other friends so they didn't exactly have a choice.

Their conversation about the rebels went on and on for far longer than they expected. So long and so loud that someone new arrived at the table.

"Wil what are you doing," he says, in a monotone yet unimpressed tone. He had brunette hair, not dissimilar to Willys. Yet unlike their new friend, his hair was long, longer than even the average woman and was tied back into a long, thick braid. He wore the uniform of a potions track student and also had a palisman atop his shoulder, this one seemed more like a bear, a polar bear, he thinks, but again it was hard to tell.

"Oh hey Techno, I just made some new friends. Speaking of which, guys, this is my brother Technoblade, Techno, this is Tommy, Tubbo and Ranboo." He introduces everyone. "Do you want to sit with us or carry on being alone?"

Techno doesn't say anything, instead just plopping himself down in a chair.

"I thought dad told you it was a stupid idea to start conversations with people about how much you like one of the rebels, if you carry on your gonna get thrown in the conformatorium." He sighs, to be fair he's right too, the emperors coven is gonna think he's Songbird.

"He's right you know Wil" Tommy states.

"Shut up child, you agreed with me." Willy shoots back in mock offence, stifling laughter.

The banter goes on for the rest of lunch, when they do go their separate ways they agree to come back here every lunch. Tommy realises, while walking to his class, that he has a real group of friends now. It's not just his trio against the world anymore. If even so much as one person comes between this, he promises himself that he'll go feral.
