- Cole literally made Zane break down and stop breathing with his cooking before he had to go to the ER apperantly his lungs were damaged and he doesn't even have lungs 🤣

- Cole has depresión along with Jay and Lloyd but they have their own therapy sessions which I will get to in a later chapter

- when Cole was a ghost he suffered from depression worse than before
- Cole went through a goth/Emo phase as a kid
- he has worked out so much that he really doesn't feel that kind of physical pain that much anymore

- when he was in the love triangle, he wasn't really in love with nya he just didn't wanna back down from a fight and regrets doing that to this day
- his favorite holiday would be earth day (get it?) because during that day, it makes his emotional connection with his mom grew stronger and his power grows stronger

- often forgets to put a shirt on after waking up
