Later at the bonfire. Ingrid is sitting alone against a log. Newt comes over and sits next to her.
Newt: Hiya Greenie
Ingrid: It's Ingrid blondie
Newt: Yeah sorry Ingrid
Newt laughs.
Ingrid: You better be
Ingrid says sarcastically.
Newt: Come on your supposed to be the guest of honor lemme show you around
Ingrid: I'm good just need sometime to think about all of this
Newt: I know it's a lot to take in
Ingrid: I'm scared Newt
Newt: Why?
Ingrid: This is so new and I barely know everyone also I'm the only girl here
Newt: Well let me show you around maybe you can meet everyone then
Ingrid: Ugh fine
Newt helps Ingrid up. He shows Ingrid around and then they both see Gally fighting.
Ingrid: Can I have a try
Gally: You? You wanna try and fight me?
Ingrid: What are you scared you're gonna lose to a girl, eyebrows?
Gally: Okay have it your way
Ingrid steps into the circle.
Gally: The rules are simple Greenie you have to push me out of the circle last guy only lasted 5 seconds
He comes towards Ingrid and she punches him on the face knocking him to the floor. Everyone cheers.
Ingrid: C'mon eyebrows give me a challenge
Gally stands up mad but Ingrid knock's him to the floor again and he falls out of the circle. Ingrid smiles.
Ingrid: Too easy
Ingrid walks past all the boys and they are all staring at her in awe. She starts walking back to her hut.
Ingrid: If you boys keep staring at me like that your eyes are gonna fall out
Ingrid goes into her hut and lays down in her hammock and she starts having little flashbacks from her past.
Ingrid: Newt!
Then Newt walks in.
Newt: What is it?
Ingrid: Were you just waiting there?
Newt: It doesn't matter
Newt sits down next to Ingrid.
Newt: So what's wrong?
Ingrid: Okay you can't tell anyone
Newt: Of course, what is it?
Ingrid: I got a memory from my past and it was you
Newt: And?
Ingrid: I think you're my brother
Newt: wait really?
Ingrid: Yeah
Newt: I have a sister!!
Newt shouts in happiness.
Ingrid: Shh Newt everyone's asleep
Newt: Sorry I'm just happy that I have a sister
Ingrid: Well I'm going to sleep, goodnight Lizard
Newt: Goodnight Ingrid
Newt walks out of Ingrid's hut and they go to sleep. The next morning Newt has already told everyone that Newt and Ingrid and siblings. The next year Ingrid became the leader of the runners and almost found a way out.
