The next morning Ingrid was just sitting in front of the Maze doors when it started to open.
Ingrid: Guy, come here quick!
Everyone comes over to her.
Newt: Told you Ingrid, They're not coming back
The boy's start to walk away when they hear Thomas's voice.

Then they see Minho and Thomas.
Ingrid: Yes!, yes!
Thomas and Minho put Alby on the ground.
Frypan: I got him, I got him, I got him
Ingrid: Tommy!
Ingrid ran and hugged Thomas tightly.
Ingrid: What were you thinking, you dumbass
Thomas: Are you mad at me
Ingrid: For some reason I can't stay mad at you
Minho: Hey bean
Ingrid: Minho!
Ingrid ran and jumped into Minho's arms.
Ingrid: You look like shit
Minho: I know
Ingrid: I almost lost my best friend
Minho: Well you didn't
Minho and Ingrid walked over to the others.
Newt: Hey, what happened out there?
Chuck: You saw a Griever?
Thomas: Yeah, I saw one
Minho: He didn't just see it he killed it
Everyone looks at Thomas in shock. Everyone goes into the main hut for a meeting.
Gally: Things are changing, there's no denying that, first Ben gets stung in the broad daylight and then Alby and now our Greenie here has taken it upon himself to go into the Maze which is a clear violation of our rules here
Frypan: Yeah, but he saved Alby's life
Gally: Did he? For three years, we have coexisted with these things and now you've killed one of them
Gally points to Thomas.
Gally: Who knows what that could mean for us?
Newt: Well, what do you suggest we do?
Gally: He has to be punished
Ingrid: Gally! I guess Thomas didn't save Alby but he killed a Griever, has anyone here besides Thomas killed a Griever or even seen one
No one put their hands up.
Ingrid: So why does Thomas get punished without Thomas Minho wouldn't be here right now

Minho: I think in all the time we've been here on one's ever killed a Griever before when I turned tail and ran, this dumb shank stood behind to help Alby, look, I don't know if he's brave or stupid but whatever it is, we need more of it I say we make it a Runner

Then there was a machinery grumble in the distance and a metal groaning in the distance. Then everyone runs out of the hut.
Thomas: Okay, wait, wait, I know that sound
Chuck: The Box, it's coming back up
Minho: It shouldn't be
Everyone runs over to the box. Newt and Gally open the doors.
Frypan: Newt, what do you see?
Newt jumped down to see a girl laying down.
Newt: It's another girl
Ingrid: Finally
Newt: I think she's dead
Gally: What's in her hand
Newt grabbed the piece of paper from the girl.
Newt: She's the last one...ever, what the hell does that mean?
Then the girl wakes up.
?: Thomas
Then she passed out. Everyone was looking at Thomas.
Gally: You still think I'm overreacting
Newt: Okay let's get her out of here
Ingrid jumped down and helped Newt get the girl out.
