One month the box comes up again. When Gally opened the top and boy was scared and confused. Ingrid turned to face Gally. When Ingrid saw his face she knew that she saw it before somewhere.
Ingrid: Another boy I already have to deal with 50 I don't need 51 boys
Frypan: Go get him
Gally jumped down in front of the boy.
Gally: Day one Greenie rise and shine
Gally pushed the boy out of the box onto the ground.
Winston: Kid looks like a Slopper to me
Frypan: I could use some help in the kitchen
Ingrid: Guys stop
The boy got up and started running.
Zart: Hey we got a Runner!
Newt: Ingrid go after him
Ingrid: Got it
Ingrid started to run and easily caught up to him. She went in front of him and he fell over.
Ingrid: Hey you want to some help up
The boy nodded and Ingrid helped him up.
Newt: Hey Ingrid put him in the pit
Ingrid: Sure
Ingrid led the boy to the pit and she pushed him and locked him in.
Ingrid: He's all yours
Ingrid walked over to Minho.
Alby: Hey
The boy jumps back.
Alby: Hey there, Green Bean, you're not gonna run again okay?
The guy nodes.
Alby: Good
Alby unlocks the door.
Alby: My name is Alby, can you tell me anything about yourself? Who you are, where you came from? Anything at all
Greenie: No
Alby: Can you tell me your name
Greenie: No, I, uh–I can't remember anything
The guy starts to freak out.
Alby: Hey Ingrid come over I might need some help
Ingrid: Sure Alby
Ingrid runs over to Alby.
Alby: Another freak out
Ingrid: Okay
Ingrid jumped in the pit and sat next to the guy.
Greenie: Why can't I remember anything
Ingrid: It's okay
Greenie breaths heavier.
Ingrid: Alby can you give us a minute
Alby: Sure Ingrid
Ingrid: Thanks
Alby walks off.
Ingrid: Hey, relax, it's okay, just breath
Greenie's hand start to shake.
Ingrid: It's normal not to remember it happens to us all
Ingrid takes Greenie's hand to help with the shaking.
Ingrid: Don't worry you get your name back in a day or two it's the one thing they let us keep
Greenie: Who?
Ingrid: We don't know
Greenie: So we are trapped here
Ingrid: Yeah basically
Alby: Hey Ingrid hurry up
Ingrid: Fine
Ingrid gets up.
Ingrid: Sorry Greenie I have to finish my job, see you around
Ingrid got out of the pit and went back over to Minho that was waiting in front of the maze. Alby comes back over.
Greenie: What is this place?
Alby: Let me show you
Greenie takes Alby's hand and he gets out of the pit. They walk around for a bit. When Newt came over.
Newt: Hey, you all right, Alby?
Alby: Green Bean, meet Newt
Newt: Hi
Alby: When I'm not around, he's in charge
Newt: Well, it's a good thing you're always around then
Newt shakes Greenie's hand.
Newt: Listen, that was some dash you made earlier, you know, for a second I thought you had the chops to be a Runner till you face-planted
Alby laughs.
Greenie: Wait, Runner
Alby: Newt, do me a favor, go find Chuck
Newt: All right
Alby: Thanks
Newt walks off to find Chuck. A little later Ingrid, Minho and Ben come out of the maze.
Minho: Hey Chuck, new Greenie, huh?
Ingrid: Nice to see you again Greenie
Greenie: I thought no one was allowed to leave
Chuck: I said we're not allowed to leave, they're different, they're Runners, they know more about the Maze then anyone
Greenie; Wait, what?
Chuck: What?
Greenie: What? You just said "Maze"
Chuck: I did?
Greenie: Yeah
Greenie walks over to the maze doors and Chuck follows.
Chuck: Where are you going? What are you doing?
Greenie: I'm just gonna take a look
Chuck: I told you, you can't, no one leaves, especially not now, it's not safe
Greenie: Okay, all right, I'm not gonna go
Greenie steps closer to the gate when someone runs over and pushes Greenie over.
Gally: Hey!, we gotta stop meeting like this
Greenie: Get off me!
Greenie gets up angeraly.
Gally: All right, calm, calm, calm
Greenie: Hey, don't touch me!
Everyone runs over to see what's going on.
Gally: Whoa, take it easy, take it easy, just relax
Greenie: Hey, what the hell is wrong with you guys?
Newt: Just calm down, all right
Greenie: No, why won't you tell me what's out there?
Alby: To protect you
Newt: For your own good
Greenie: You can't keep me here
Alby: I can't let you leave
Greenie: Why not?
The wall rumbles then there is really strong wind coming out.
Greenie: What the hell?
Then the doors close.
Gally: Next time, I'm gonna let you leave
Ingrid: Hey Gally just leave him alone, he's new to all of this
Gally: Or what?
Ingrid: You know what
Ingrid hands forms into a fist and Gally runs away and Ingrid laughs.
Ingrid: I guess still scared
Newt: Clearly
Ingrid and Newt walk away.
Alby: Welcome to the Glade
Everyone walks away from the doors.
